coffee always tastes bad like old water that’s been sitting there. they don’t put love or heart into the food they make it’s nasty ruins everything especially the customer service is horrible

They never get the order right and skimped on meat. I got 1 piece of bacon on my bacon egg and cheese...

Honestly like the worst…they gave me an ICED (I asked for hot latte) in one of the HOT beverage cups…like I’m so confused? You didn’t feel the cup that was suppose to house HOT was iced cold??? 😵‍💫 every time they get the order wrong, they don’t care.

Literally obsessed with the other location, so sweet and the best girls work there. Not sure what workers they got going on at the drive thru but they should be replaced.

Go to the other location. Whoever owns this drive thru it just needs a complete redo with the hired workers…do you not look at reviews???

I keep going back to give them another chance because people rave about them and every time they continue to disappoint. I think today was the last chance. Typically they can get my drink right and my food comes out wrong. Today was the culmination of it all. My drink was wrong (not just the sticker was right and they made it wrong. Even the sticker on the cup was wrong.) They also put the butter packets in the container with the hot bagel so by the time I drove 5 minutes home I had a bagel full of melted butter and grease on the seat of my car.

Half these issues would be solved if they were trained to read your order back to you. They also never ask if you have a phone number and when you say “can’t give you the number?” They acted annoyed.

Not to mention half the time you pull in and they just sit there staring at you from the window for 5 minutes.

Too long...going around and talking...I don't know how they can...I haven't been back for almost 45 minutes...it's a long time and they're doing nothing, just talking and hesitating...

As a door dasher do not. And I mean do NOT even accept an order here. Unless you want to wait until every order is completed from the drive through. Busy or not plan to wait 20 minutes or more.

I’m still in line while writing this. It’s been 30+ minutes! I have a baby in the car and yelling and crying. Why does it take so long for 2 coffees!! This is the WORST place to get a coffee in the morning. I tried to pre-order with the app but that was down and wasn’t working. They really need to hire more people. I will not advise anyone to order here, go somewhere else!

Update. It was 45 minutes to wait for two frozen coffees and by the time that they gave me my frozen coffee nothing about it was frozen.. this isn’t the girls fault who works there however they desperately need to hire more people. It is absolutely ridiculous.

First time here, and the frozen coffee and flavor is on point. Nice people working. A little pricey, but the food is better than any other fast food restaurant. The eggs and steak actually taste like eggs and steak.

Not going to lie, when I came here when they first opened, my order was messed up a few times and I decided not to come back.
I decided to give them another try recently and it’s been amazing!! They’ve really improved a lot. Employees are friendly and service is quick. The food is consistently good along with the frozen coffees.
I’ve been driving out of my way just to come here for a quick good coffee in town!

I wanted to write a review because I am just now realizing how badly this place is rated and I would’ve never guessed because I love it. I order a mocha latte all the time and it’s always delicious. I love their strawberry feta salad and their cheese danish. I would recommend this place based on my experience. And yes, it’s a drive-through place which is actually pretty nice. if they started doing over easy eggs at this location, that would be amazing because I love breakfast sandwiches with over easy eggs

In retrospect, I should have ordered a frozen speciality coffee instead of a hot speciality coffee. Also, Wawa probably similiar for less.
