Forced to take a 2 hour old wrap with Mayo in it. Bacon was the ready cook thin kind that was never heated, so that was a thing, and the turkey was not good.. it was like bologna texture. Wish there was another option within the courthouse. The manager is who pointed me to their premade wrap, that was 3 hours old, when I asked if the 9.01 was the time it was made or the date she said the date. Not realizing we are in month 10, and said I would be fine. Not helpful at all

This Boston Gourmet Coffee House is inside the DeLand Courthouse. I did not have a problem with the ordering & the two ladies working were very professional & accommodating only reason I gave this place the two Stars⭐ We did however have a problem with the cost & the fact that there is no itemization on my receipt totaling $17.20 for Two Asiago Bagels one with only Egg?,Spinach, Tomato?, Onion & Cheese?, and the other an Asiago Bagel With Turkey?, Bacon?, Cheese?, Spinach, Tomato?, and Onion .The sandwiches were to us way too flavorless & weren't anything extra ordinary in the flavor of any part of it except it's extraordinary price! The especially disappointing part was that there was barely any flavor to any of it??and I love Asiago anything and was also quiet disappointed that the bacon ? had no crunch or added any flavor ? to the bland flavorless turkey etc. I guess that will be our last purchase from any Boston Coffee ☕ Houses for us?️.?Back to Bagel King? it is again from now on...?? Or Maybe Jersey Mike's where the Subs Sandwiches never disappoint me???♀️ Even a Publix Sub is better than what we got from Boston Coffee House!? You give it a try and you'll see, remember I did warn ya? I don't just like to eat to say I'm eating I like fresh & flavorful food. Oh well you live & you learn hence we won't return?Vegetarian options: If you do not eat meat they will prepare any items on the menu without meat to your specifications.Parking: Park at the DeLand Courthouse. Since most breakfast places are now gone, post Covid, finding a place to sit and have a bite and coffee was a challenge. While this cafe is located in the courthouse downtown, and you have to clear security, we were in the area, so our walk to get in wasn't out of the way. Small place with lovely ladies serving hot coffee, a delicious egg and cheese on a croissant was recommended and hit the spot.

This amazing coffee house was within walking distance of our hotel. Quaint, great staff, great food @ very reasonable prices. Coffee and specialty drinks are awesome! Visited every day for a delicious latte:))

For the first time ever, I walked out of a coffee shop without finishing my coffee. It was that bad and totally flavorless. I should have known when the girl behind the counter gave us a completely vacant look when we asked if they had a dark roast. I’m assuming she came from another planet, having never heard of such a thing. They seemed to have a lot of foo foo, over sugared drinks. So if you like that kind of thing, this might be the place for you. However, if you like good coffee, stay away.

We were in DeLand for 4 mornings, and we had breakfast here every day! Coffee is great, service is great, and there’s an extensive menu for both breakfast and lunch (you can have either at any time). Although the breakfast menu particularly features sandwiches (don’t miss the egg-white/avocado!), they also make omelets or regular eggs to order, and they’re good as well.

We only took advantage of this little café for coffee and breakfast. The menu had a lot of choices for breakfast as well as lunch. We settled on coffees, oatmeal and toast or croissant the days we visited. Cassidy was a very personable waiter and served us well. We would go again. (It is a franchise restaurant, but still a good place to grab a quick coffee or snack)
Very negative experience overall: three drink orders, all three wrong. One order for almond milk was made with regular dairy milk, which had unfortunate results (and could have been a potentially life-threatening allergy!). Service was very unfriendly and made me feel like I did something wrong by having the nerve to want coffee. I wrote an email to customer service, but received no response. I don't want anything for free, but some acknowledgement would be nice.

Lunch was delicious!! I had the grilled chicken wrap with the dressing on the side and chicken velvet soup. He had a ham and cheese toasted sandwich with chips. The sandwiches were great! Fresh ingredients and well made. Chips are well chips. Now that chicken velvet soup!!!! Omg!!! That was a tasty morsel!!! I would get that in the soup bread bowl next time and forgo a sandwich. I am confident it is one of those menu items I will crave and need to have again. The service was great. Lots of teamwork in there between the staff. Cozy quaint and delightful.

Love everything about Boston Coffee House. The décor is perfect and the coffee style antiques are intriguing. My husband and I were in Deland and had lunch here. The coffee was excellent and our lunch was delicious. Can't wait to go back. Their desserts are incredible.
