Don't even waste your time on the ribs. Absolutely horrible. Not only did they bring me not one, but two inedible servings of ribs... They then made me pay full price for my add on salad bar because "that's all I ate". Lol.... That's all I ate because your ribs suck. SMH

Went to Brian’s BBQ in DeLand because I really enjoy BBQ and they are one of the few restaurants that have a very good fresh salad bar.
Mine was a “to go order” of ribs, baked potato and a salad.
The gentleman at the cash register was very pleasant and helpful. My order was ready quickly.
My complaint with my order of ribs is that there wasn’t any meat on the rib bones, 6 ribs of gristle and fat. Extremely unsatisfactory and tasteless. Even my dog was disappointed.
This is the first time I have had a less than outstanding eating experience there.

Food is nothing special! The pulled pork is like dog food slop. The Mac n cheese and green beans have absolutely no flavor. Won’t be back, first n last time.

Excellent local barbeque joint! Good smoked turkey! Excellent Texas Barbeque Sandwich! Great sides and delicious onion rings! Just a fun and relaxing stop in DeLand! Friendly and helpful staff!

Our server, Jenny, was outstanding—friendly, attentive, and always ensuring we had what we needed. The quaint decor, with its rustic charm, made the experience even more inviting.

For a laid-back meal with great service, Brian’s BBQ is a must-visit for any barbecue lover.

I can't say I cared for this place. Walking in, I noticed this is a decently large restaurant. The girl who greeted us seemed friendly; the guy who seated us did not.

The restaurant decor had me thinking cowboy carnival with those weird mannequin dummies around. We did wait a little bit before someone came to take any drink orders but you could tell that the waitress was working hard. She was sweet though.

The food portions are good but the flavor is lacking. The sauces were too sweet for my liking but not terrible. The burger was dry and overcooked. The pulled pork was bland. The meat depends on the side sauce added and is not good enough alone. The mac and cheese was super cold. I would have asked to have them heat it but I was quite underwhelmed and just wanted to go.

Our ribs and brisket contained nothing but fat the noodles in the mac-n-cheese were overcooked the cheese sauce runny the green beans and corn were bland (added salt still didn't help) the flaming hot BBQ sauce is definitely not hot the toast was burned all in all just not a good meal at all.
