The service was horrible. Almost comical! We sat outside and it took 10 minutes just to get menus. Then another waitress came by 10 minutes later and took our drink and food order. I asked for sweetener for my ice tea and she never brought it. 15 minutes later I asked again when she came around and finally got it. When our HUGE pizza came out the girl asked if we needed plates. OF COURSE! And napkins and silverware. We also had to ask for Parmesan and Red Pepper flakes. And they didn’t bring our side salad out either. We also had to ask twice for extra pizza sauce. After we were done eating we sat for at least 30 minutes and no one came to give us the check. I had to go inside to get it. Take it back to the table then go back in to have them run it. All while one waitress sat with other patrons and the other two chatted at the bar. All together we had 5 people waiting on us throughout the night and it was still the worst service I’ve ever experienced. It’s a good thing the pizza was good because it made up for the lack of service.

We ordered a margarita pizza, cheese pizza, and caprese salad. Order was 30 mins later than quoted pickup time. No big deal Sunday night, wasn’t busy at all. Caprese salad- small portion for the cost and tomatoes were mushy - just meh Pizza crusts are burnt on both pizzas. Margarita pizza was a soggy mess. Just bad overall - for $70, definitely won’t order from here again.
Update: the manager called me and offered a full refund. That was much appreciated

Tried this place multiple times. Always mediocre at best it’s just convenient since it’s the closest pizza place to my house. Today I walk in at 7:50, 40 minutes before it says they close online, I wanted one large pizza to go but out of laziness they turned me away even though it only takes 20 minutes to make a pizza. I say laziness because the employees were lazying around not looking busy at all.

Funny thing happened on the “take out” order! My Stromboli turned into a cheese calzone! 😵💫 Probably I’m as much at fault for not looking in the Box! It was a Friday night and parking was at a premium, so, I had a bite or two of calzone and bit the bullet! Lesson Learned!

This pizza is really delicious some days but other days it's too dry with too little sauce. We still eat it - a lot. With the hopes it won't be overcooked or under-sauced, since when its good, its great! Many other dishes are very good here as well, like spaghetti with meatballs and stromboli. Salads are fresh, which isn't always a given at a pizza place, but very appreciated.

Bronx used to be our go to for pizza and after what we got last night, we will no longer consider them. Pizza was terrible. Got 2 pies a cheese n a sausage. Highly disappointed!!!!
Tuesday special on flatbread appetizers was great. The Alfredo entree was plentiful but very rich. The food was excellent!! service could have been faster and the music was a little loud but the food quality and affordability more than made up for these minor issues.

Sorry but your pizza scored a two out of ten. Born and raised in NY and NJ I have a palate for perfection in pizza. Nothing was good. I will hope that you figure it out and I will try you again in six months. Good luck.
