This place is so unprofessional. The manager was yelling at her staff during the rush hour and it could be heard in the dining room. Personally working on a place like that would bring morale down. People work for people and the manager needs an ethics/ management course on how to lead people because obviously she lacks the ability to be easy on the person and hard on the problem. A title means nothing if you don’t have a team that you build up with respect.

I thought this place was closed, dark, no lights, only found it via the app. Decided to try a Whopper Melt. Sliced white bread untoasted with ok everything else. What a letdown vs the picture (on top).

Never got to order because they let me sit there for 10 minutes and said that they couldn’t take any orders because they were in the middle of the shift change.

2 visits there within past month, this place needs new management or shut down. First visit we ordered thru drive thru after enormous wait, our order was $30+ and when we pulled up to pay, they said they could not take a $50 bill. We left without food. Second visit, 6 cars waiting at drive thru to order, we decided to go in. Went in, one female worker was leaving, the other female worker standing over by drive thru window, did not speak to us. We asked if anyone was working the counter and she replied, “I’m not allowed to work alone, so I won’t be taking your order.” This is ridiculous. This store is at a very busy area with easy access, such a shame it is poorly managed.
