I got a rocky road treat which happens to be gluten-free and was absolutely delicious! I was afraid it would be too sweet, but it wasn’t. I think it’s made with homemade marshmallows because they’re not the sticky sweet confections from the grocery store, then covered in peanut butter and in dark chocolate, just perfect. I also really liked the patio seating. There’s sufficient shade and makes for a lovely place to sit and even work for a bit.
I had a mixed berry scone and Caramel coffee. The scone had hints of blueberry and orange zest that were so light and airy, only made more delightful with the piping hot coffee. You're in for a treat when you find this bakery. It has outdoor seating and scrumptious baked goods! This is one of the most delightfully quaint little bakeries that DeLand has to offer. They have a wonderful assortment of gluten-free items as well and are always willing to discuss options with you. Delicious cakes and fudges and sweet things to make your heart pitter patter lots of storks around there too and they're not carrying babies. Highly recommend this place if you have a sweet tooth for Bakery items the staff is lovely and helpful as well.
