To be honest the location does not seems to be in the best shae and the parking lot. drive thru is a patchwork o potholes and attempted repairs. Once I placed my order with a very friendly staff member i was a little surprised at price but everything I ordered was hot or cold as it should be and delicious!! While I wouldn't recommend the parking lot I would recommend the food 10 out of 10 times.

It’s been months since I had gotten anything from here and now I remember why. I spent almost $50 for three meals and a small gumbo. There were 8 fries in each meal and no rice in the gumbo and it was cold. Never again will they get my money.

Was a very sloppy mass in the food was no good. Save yourself some time and go to another place. And save your money. The quality of this restaurant has gone down the Hill extremely long waits and terrible food terrible service. It was so bad that they're macaroni. And cheese look like a big Mac and cheese soup. It was all over the bag and then they charged me for a large cup of ice for $3.69. I'll never go back there again.

I used to LOVE going to Captain D's with my Mama and Grandparents growing up. It's been over a decade since I'd been, and this place didn't disappoint! Food tasted great, exactly as I remembered it (which is saying a lot because so many things aren't the same since the pandemic), staff was surprisingly friendly, and can't wait to go back!

It really depends on what time you go there and who's working if you go there right after 12:00 you get hot good food serve to you anytime after 4 or 5:00 this food is cold and it's nasty and they never get your order
