If I could give a zero I would.The lady was rude cause I was trying to find a place to sit my bag because I have expensive leather seats in my car and the bag was all greasy. Things happen but no need for her to be rude. Cause i'm taking time to try to find a place to set my food 'cause the bag's full of grease if they know it's greasy from your gloves, change your gloves. Put a napkin between the gloves and the bag. If you think about it. What are they doing touching money with gloves? And then using the same hands with dirty gloves from dirty money to touch our food, if I could give a zero, I
The manager was the rudest ever I ordered four drinks and she started handing me my cups. I asked her for a cup carrier and I’m holding two of the drinks not having anywhere to put them so I about dropped one m. I got the cup carrier put it down she yelled at me saying I snatched it from her which I tried to apologize to her because I didn’t think I snatched it but she thought I did and she said that’s all I wanted so I got my cup carrier put my cups in it And got my hotdogs and left and will never be back. She should’ve gave me my cup holder first and then my drinks that’s all I want to say. Never go there again very rude

Slowest service ever they just sit on the phones and ignore you.
I came here ordered two of the five dollar meals got the drinks and the worker told me to pull around because they were waiting on nuggets. I said, pull around where? she said, that way.. so I pulled into the parking lot and I waited. I waited about 30 minutes total, I sent my boyfriend up to the window , The worker refused to help and she literally said you’ve already been helped and slammed the window in his face. when we had not received the food that we had paid for. We only had the drinks.. We sat there and watched about seven cars pull up to the drive-through, order and leave while we’re just sitting there waiting for our nuggets I guess. I had end up to yelling through the drive-through window where is my food? I need my food!!! And the worker said it was my fault because I parked in the wrong spot and they didn’t know where to find me, but she never told me where to park.she only told me to go that way with a point of the finger to her right I never saw a worker even come out to look for me... In the end, I had to get a refund and I just wasted 30/40 minutes of my time that was ridiculous Behavior of the fast food workers working in that restaurant.

This is, by far, the worst run business I have ever seen. I can't comment on the service because me and my wife had to walk away after standing at the window for 30 minutes. She didn't speak to me once, not to apologize and certainly not to take my order. In fact the one time I did hear her speak, it was to hurl profanities at the door dasher complaining about it taking 45 minutes for 2 cars to move forward. Oh yeah, did I mention it was 40 frigging degrees out while I waited? But other than that I had a wonderful experience. Post script. There is one employee there, a young African American woman, that should become manager. She was kind, hard working, and apologetic about the worthless white girl working with her. Give her a raise and a promotion.

Everytime I have been here they act like it's such an inconvenience to serve you when you walk up. If you drive up they speed you up and make you pull around so you don't "mess up their line." It takes 10+ minutes just to order, and then it's a whole other 20 minutes to get your food, most of the time is wrong, missing sauces, etc. It seems at this point checkers needs to higher more employees. You already have an automatic robot taking orders, so there should be no excuse for long wait times. As I'm sitting here writing this review, they're actively turning people away because they're "at a hold." There is no other cars or people here.

This checkers sucks big time. We waited over 45 minutes for our food and I was in my lunch break is only an hour. Tell me how they are doing, they are doing horrible. How can you take so long to prepare and serve food, it is horrible. Service is slow and they don’t even acknowledge you got over five minutes when you get there.

I got to this location 3 times a week and there is a lady on at night that is very rude and disrespectful to the customers. Last night I sat waiting an hour for my food after asked to pull around to I'm other window. They feed the rest of the drive thru before me. Soda was no good it was mostly CO2 fries were over cooked as well as the chicken I ordered. I spend $50 every time I come there. Not sure if this lady is night manager but she sure don't need to be there with how she treats her customers. I would like to speak more to the manager about this but no one answers the phone when I call it. It's a shame because it a place I enjoy but this person is making it hard to stay a customer.

We placed an order directly from the Checkers website to be picked up. Paid for it and everything. We show up to pick it up, and they said they don’t have an order under our name. We showed them the receipt, but all they did was shake their heads and say there was no order. Money literally wasted.

Decent drive through restaurant.
I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. I placed my order, but after waiting for over 40 minutes, I realized they had completely forgotten it. When I asked about my order, the staff seemed uninterested and didn't apologize for the mistake. To make matters worse, I had to leave without eating, as no effort was made to correct the situation or offer any compensation. Very disappointed and will not be returning.
