I gave a 4star for service only because they forgot to give me my funnel cake fries and I live all the way in lake county and put my trust in the fact that the employees where very kind and very quick and all my food was freshly made but they still forgot one thing I paid for but all in all everything was delicious

Absolutely disrespectful and don’t get me started on the drive through process… as a business owner myself I would never return again. A simple request landed with rolling eyes and I’m sorry but poor and unprofessional experience. Deland is going downhill.

07/25/25 8pm- 9:10pm Food is decent, service is horrible. They only prioritize the drive thru. I walked to the window and told them that I was picking up an online order and one of the women waved her finger at me and said no online orders were ready yet. I tried to get their attention periodically but they ignored me and then finally after 45 minutes they took the order of someone in front of me and left the window cracked so I just asked for an update on my order and she said something along the lines of “we’re busy you need to wait” to which I said “I just want an update on my order i’ve already been waiting 45 minutes” and she said “I’ve been here all day I’m tired” then slammed the window in my face. I work food service so I get it’s stressful at times but that’s no excuse to be rude or do what she did. And as it turns out the order had been sitting by one of the Windows the ENTIRE time and if they had just asked who I was picking up for it all could’ve been avoided and I could’ve gotten my food immediately instead of waiting for over and hour. After being given the food the other worker slammed the window again and locked it. Which is unfortunate because my milkshake was completely melted and I was missing items from my order but I was not about to stand there for another hour for them to get it right

My buddy and I went here about month ago, there were only two gals working and they were slammed but they kicked butt! If you're gonna have only two people working then pay them more, they deserve it.

7/17/25 We went to pick up an order to deliver through Uber Eats and they refused to even acknowledge us until there was no one left to help, even though we know they saw us. We even had to step aside so they could help someone who came minutes after we were there. The delivery order was already sitting and ready when we arrived, but we waited at least 15 minutes for them to decide to help us. Two employees were just doing nothing in the back. We'll never accept a delivery from this location again.

I ordered from door dash and this is how I recieved my food, with a burger and ranch cup smashed inside my fully loaded fry. Its not that hard to put food in a bag without this happening.

sarah was the BEST ever sweetest girl and very welcoming. I loved talking to her and she got my order out with quickness (PS loved her stitch hairband)

This restaurant does not know how to make a garlic Swiss clucker. I ordered twice the first time, I thought it was a mistake, but the second time was the same thing. There’s no garlic taste nor crispy onions in the sandwich and the chicken itself is very dark crispy not like how it used to be back in the day. It’s like ordering a bacon chicken sandwich at a high price. They are misleading the sandwich that you see on the website. I would not be ordering here again.

Out of all the fast food joints, I believe Checkers has the best hamburgers! They are always fresh, juicy and filled with the freshest ingredients. This particular Checkers staff was the friendliest bunch. I ordered hamburger for my pup, plain, but I forgot to get him a water. The manager noticed and gave me a cup of water for him. I would always recommend Checkers!

Sarah was the best server I ever had. She out performed so many fast food restaurants I've ever been to. She explained how my food was being prepared and that it would take a little longer to complete my order. She directed me with clear instructions to where I should place my vehicle upon waiting. She even made us laugh a number of times. She is the best. I went back the very next day for another meal because of her service and my kids demand. Thank you Sarah.
