We found extremely hardworking employees at this busy Checker’s. They were friendly and accommodating while under the pressure of being very busy. Very good people, working on a Sunday evening. The food was very good as well.

horrible everything dude. what the flip like do i have to fricking wait 40 mins for some funell cake fries. not cool dude. not cool. ??
This is my first visit to this Checkers store. We ordered wings and a couple of ranch cups. Despite paying for the ranch, we were not given any ranch in exchange. When we questioned the manager where our ranch cups were, she said that they were in the bag, and we would have to pay extra for more. She shut the window on us and refused to let us respond. We waited until a team member arrived at the window, at which point he informed us that we would need to pay for additional ranch. We tried to show the receipt to them, and they would not take it. However, the ranch cups we had already paid for were never given to us. They refused to give them to us, and in the end, the ostensibly harsh manager gave it to us. Not sure if she was having a bad day but this is no way to treat customers.
