UPDATE: THIS LOCATION IS NOW CLOSEDDissapointed in the night staff at this location. I had to knock on the window several times to get their attention beings they were all in the back just so I could order. I specifically asked for no bacon on my loaded fries and what did I get? Thats right BACON. burger was cold. I think I will go to a different location and see if it is any better.

Ordered through door dash and when food arrived we were missing a chicken bites meal for one of our sons. Tried calling the place multiple times with no answers. Had a crying child because he didn’t get his food. I ended up going to another place to get him food. First time ever ordering from here and will be the last.

went there fairly late i admit that, pulled up and asked if they were still selling ice cream, they said yes and after i ordered said ice cream i got no reply, eventually after a few minutes we drove up to the window and still got no reply. went all the way through the drive thru again, and they didn’t even greet me. i get you might not want to clean something extra but cmon?????

I love to enjoy the new $5. dollar bundle or the 2 for 4 sandwiches and the 2 for 6 double cheese burgers or double fillet fish sandwiches. Go and enjoy what calls for you on your next visit or if your first visit please don't forget the famous curly fries. You will not find better flavored curly fries.
Everything is cool to order and fresh after 10pm. Not fast but who cares when it’s made fresh for you.

TERRIBLE!!! EVERY SINGLE TIME WITHOUT FAIL I am stuck waiting an enormous amount of time for service. Just the last visit I waited 30 minutes. The GM should be ashamed of themselves!!

Recently moved to the area. I’ve always enjoyed Checkers and I’m so happy they are open late. I work nights and there is not a lot open around here when I get out of work. The Big Buford is always solid. Fries and cheese sticks are friggin’ amazing. The staff at this particular location is always sooooo friendly and accommodating. I’m really not a fan of the automated ordering system at the drive through. I always feel awkward and not sure if my order is going to be correct. Also, not a fan of the service charge for online orders. Tried to order online so I wouldn’t have to speak with the drive through robot and it was going to charge me a $3 service charge. What up with that? Corporate Checkers needs to reconsider their online and drive through ordering systems. Some n*** dropped the ball on that. Otherwise, I love this location and will continue to enjoy my late night burgers.

Love the chili cheese dogs! I could do without the robot taking my order in the drive-thru. It's extremely annoying!

Came into drive thru and set patiently without acknowledgement for about 3 to 5 minites to see two cars in the drive thru next to us get their orders taken. So we said out loud, well whats going on with our order and the woman through the intercom said "What did you say" instead of saying.."we will be right with you" or anything else for that matter. So we replied to her "are you ready to take our order" and she didnt respond and left us sitting there. As we're waiting another car pulls up and gets their order taken and we still haven't been served!! So now we back out of drive thru, park, and go to the window and still have to wait another 3-4 minutes before we are acknowledged while everyone walks past the window and looks at us! When we are finally greeted, it's with an attitude! If my family didn't really want checkers we would've left right then! This establishment employs some very disrespectful, rude, petty, and unprofessional employees!!! This will be the VERY LAST time I spend any of my money here at this location and I advise you if you want good, fresh food with good service, DO NOT COME AND EAT HERE!!!
