Everything from food and customer service is great. 100% recommended!
I’ve never felt compelled to write a bad review for a restaurant. But tonight was exceptional. Had reservations, we didn’t get seated till nearly 40 minutes after the reservation. Okay stuff happens not the end of the world.
Then we got water and drinks and promptly ignored for another 15-20 minutes. Food ordered, and a very long wait ensued. While we waited with empty cups, we eventually had another waiter stop by and get us drinks and was very apologetic of the situation...read full review
Comida buena pero el servicio al cliente es el peor. Cuando vas en grupos de 7 personas (que la propina ya está incluida), prepárate para servirte tu mismo porque no regresan a tu mesa. Comes sin bebidas!!! Y no es opción pedir ayuda a otro empleado, todos te ignoran aunque el restaurante no esté lleno.
