Called in a lunch order. Was told it would be ready in 20 minutes and told my total. Show up in 20 minutes and they have no record of my food. Horrible customer service. Super dissapointed

Lovely room. Server was sad. I am empathetic if you are working hard and in the weeds but she had plenty of time to goof off behind the bar. Brought us drinks. No straws. Asked for them. 5 minutes later we got them. She brought out the appetizer but no plates to eat them on. Never got those. We finally got dinner and mine was beautiful but the shrimp were stone cold. My friends palomino steak was also cold. Smh. But she did love calling us 'love' and promising good service.

Comes sin bebidas!!! Y no es opción pedir ayuda a otro empleado, todos te ignoran aunque el restaurante no esté lleno.

I was very disappointed. First, my server took over ten minutes before taking orders. In the meantime, the manager was sitting to my left having a personnel conversation with some friends who were dining. Then they didn't have an entrée that's on the menu, settled for ribs, very fatty, and too much membrane. The server would disappear for long periods while we're sipping on melted ice. I asked for a refill of my drink (sweettea) they were out, and I guess couldn't make anymore??? I'm now forced to pay gratuity at the end, not less than 20 percent mind you, while the server is hovering over me. This was the only time that she was around my table. Very disappointing!

Lovely Restaurant, our server was wonderful!! Service was very fast, food was served HOT which I really appreciate!! I didn't think the pork I order has much flavor and not crispy pieces!! But everyone enjoyed their meal and we will return!!

Overall food and services were excellent. My only issue is that our 10% discount was not applied to bill. I showed server ID and he acknowledged and said that discount would be applied when bill was totaled. I should have reviewed bill more closely before paying.

Eating at Chica's was outstanding! The food has always been great! We went on Friday night. There was live music on the outside patio and also live music in the bar. The atmosphere was electric but not so much that you couldn't have a conversation with your neighbor. Very enjoyable experience!

Wonderful family gathering place. I appreciate they allow booking reservations for more than 8 people online! The food is fantastic. Our favorite place to eat with our family and friends!

The food was amazing and authentic. It definitely tasted like grandma's home cooking. I was very surprised because of how small and intimate the restaurant and setting was that the service was so bad. They seemed to have plenty of staff as you could see them walking around, however it took 15mins for the server to acknowledge us and get our drinks order, and even than our food was delivered long before we ever got our drinks.

Stood at the entrance while employees at the bar was just staring at us talking. Told my wife if you can ask them if they can help us. Finally got one of them to move. The other bar tender just stood there staring at us. Heard them talking about us. When to rest room and walked by both. I swear one of them called me a scrub. My server was great by the way food was too. Those two ladies not at all.
