The only bottled water is Dasani, which I’ve seen under a microscope and it has plastic in it. (Science project with my kid a few years ago). Won’t drink it. Didn’t know until the purchase; I watered a tree with it. My salad was good. The place where you wait for food? Right next to or in front of a huge garbage can. Not pleasant at all. I won’t order food and stand there again. It was busy and I had to bump into the nasty thing so people could get by. Horrible experience.

When you walk in and see a pile of delivery drivers all standing around it's pretty obvious this place is out of sync with its delivery services. Hands down the worst Chick Fil A to get deliveries for!!

10/10 I love chick-fil-a and the customer service is always good. I did a curbside order and then my car started smoking and the guy that brought my food out helped me with my car and got 2 other guys to help me out. I am very thankful to them because idk what I would have done. I hope that they are appreciated at work and get recognized for what they do because they didn’t need to come out of their way to help and I am very thankful that they did.

The French fries were the best I have ever had at Chick-fil-A. This was February 25, 2025.
Very friendly staff and the food is delicious but I prefer to take my food and go I wasn't more than 30 minutes there and then once I got my food I was ready to hit the road and go home and eat

Customer service has really gone downhill and they seem to always get my order wrong or forget something I ordered. The management should really be reevaluated because the employees here are rude, dismissive and inattentive to their guests.
It's chick fil a so obviously it is wonderful. That said, I have been to some chick.Fil a's that are not as clean or well kept as others. This location in Deland, FL. Is exceptionally clean and well kept.

sooo, lots of expand on for this location, every time I go there I have some kind of problem with my order, I understand mistakes but after the 3rd time I got food poisoning from this location. This made me stay away from this certain location and pretty much every other chick-fil-a for a while. But I wanted to give it a second chance so earlier this week I went back after not going to a chick fil a in 3 months. My order was again wrong, I asked for pickles and got zero, and asked for extra sauce and only got one sauce in my entire order. Not happy and as someone who used to work at a chick-fil-a establishment this was very disappointing.
Service is terrible, the people in this atmosphere are very condescending. Especially the managers. Whoever runs this establishment needs to do some reevaluations. Disgusting.
