So I was at your location like I am every Monday and Tuesday. I usually come to this location at 12 or 1pm. Today I running a few hours late and came here at 3pm. Steady but not very busy. There were more employees eating and hanging out by the side by the restrooms. I was walking to wash my hands and was cut off by 3 employees on my way. Hey there hungry I get it. What I don’t get is my food being cold when I waited 7 mins for it. They brought new nuggets which were still hard and the fries were super salty. It’s crazy how the quality and service is spot on during the day and at 3pm it goes down hill.

Chicken sandwich tasted funky and wasnt cooked all the way. The fruit cup also tasted old. The fruit was soggy.

Ok, so I admit I’ve never had a “bad” or even mediocre experience at Chick-fil-A (DeLand)-so my expectations are kinda on par with this ideal, BUT….. I just had an outstanding experience rolling through the dinner rush in drive thru. The attendant, Adeline, who verified our app order was so cute and bubbly. Me and the husband felt like she was genuinely happy to see US- like personally🥰 I see you Chick-fil-A❤️🤍❤️🤍❤️ In a world where nearly everyone in hospitality is status quo snarky, baseline disinterested, or lowkey melancholy, Adeline was a refreshing surprise!
