Came in and sat down ordered drinks. Just waters and also ordered one of their margaritas of the month the lemon drop margarita. My margarita I could see sitting at the bar for a good 10 mins before the bar tender brought over to me. After that the table that was sitting behind us ordered food long after our notable did and they got their food within 5-10 mins. Now our food didn't ever come out u til after we spoke to a manager and she put out food into to go boxes after seeing what was going on with it. Got the food and it was all cold so u could tell that it had been sitting in the window to be picked up for a good 20-30 mins before we asked about it. Thought we would try the again and once again the service was horrible,

I've been to this location twice, and I'm loving it! Staff is pretty sweet and the speed is on par. Good mixed drinks and clean bathrooms!!!
Food wasnt very tasteful and the fries were super salty. Kinda disappointing .

My wife and I went to Deland Chili's for lunch today 03/08/2025 Saturday at 1:30pm. Our server Shelly Handly was excellent, very attentive, very friendly and very knowledgeable about the menu items our order was totally correct down to our special request, very happy we were lucky we were seated in her section. Thank you Shelley for making our lunch stay enjoyable, Chili's should be very proud of your demeanor and your willingness to go out of your way to make their customers happy, and to being quit honest you were probably the best server we have had in any restaurant in a very long time. Thank you Shelley for making our day a little brighter.

Nice afternoon, and my mom wanted to go to Chilis. Chips and salsa was the appetizer we chose because the chips are so light but crunchy. My mom ordered the fajita trio with chicken shrimp and steak. It came with the tortilla shells she thought were a little small. There was the add-ons and a cup of black beans. She really liked it. My daughter ordered the cajun chicken pasta, her favorite. Got the honey Chipotle chicken crispers. Had a little spice to it, but nothing too bad.

Absolutely disgusting. I called health department and regulations of professional business on them. They don't ever wear gloves. And I will be calling every day and complaining until I see a difference. Sierra is the worst bartender and she's racist

With the limited staff working this visit, we were sat immediately upon entering. Christina was our waitress this visit, and she was awesome. As the only server on the floor and only 1 bartender during bike week, they did the best they could. The food was just ok, I ordered the fajitas, and they were bland.

From the minute we arrived, we we're treated rudely. The waitress ignored us after guiding us to our table. She served her friends who arrived after us first. Then our food was over cooked. And when I complained to her she said. " Oh sorry I haven't seen them in a while.' Referring to her friends, whom she chatted with, for to long. But we left a tip on the table inspite of being treated poorly. Later I found out she took an extra tip out on my credit card. What a con. I spoke with the manager the next day. She said she would credit my account. But they never did. They lie and steal at this location. And if your enlisted or veteran don't eat at this restaurant they are not trust worthy.

My last order was 9/3/22 and I told myself I was never going back. I decided to try again since it's 2025. My premium side of loaded Mac and cheese was cold from the fridge. You had one chance to get it right. I will continue to believe Chili's just doesn't exist in DeLand. This shows this company does not have effective process training.
