I wanted to leave a nice review for Kim the manager on duty while I was there. She handled my steak situation very well and I’m glad it was finally resolved after the third time it was brought back. I think she was waiting for me to loose my cool but that’s not how I handle things….I mean, its just a steak. Kudos to her for taking care of me! Give her a raise!

Poor Service. Empty drinks, 1 of our party of 9 people didn’t get food for 35 minutes after rest of our group were served. Waitress was nice but poor on follow up for everything(Napkins, Condiments, Drinks, Bill Problems, etc…..We were told our meal that was delivered late would be comped & instead we were comped for the entree only then charged for drink & salad that were part of the meal deal which added up to the total and somehow the Manager Lady that was “kind” enough to comp the meal didn’t see the problem with billing for the drink & salad…sooo crazy! 1st negative review I have ever had to leave anywhere but this Chili’s needs to work on Customer Service.

I visit this chili’s quite frequently, usually I request johnny because his service is excellent and he is always on point and kind. I went for dinner with my boyfriend and parents, unfortunately johnny wasn't working so we were sat with Kristen. Everything was fine until the food came out 3 out of 4 meals were incorrect. She had an attitude about fixing things. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had here. I will only be sitting with johnny now. As i will be sure to call ahead to see if he is working before i go in again.

We had the BEST dining experience thanks to John! He went above and beyond for our family. It was our daughters 10th birthday and he really made it special. He was on point with the food and drinks, especially with his hospitality and kindness. He even brought 2 tablets to the table for both of our kids. He brought to go drinks in a carrier without us even having to ask, he brought extra sauces for me and the kids and nailed my husband's food with his allergy specifications. He rounded up the troops and they sang happy birthday and it was a great surprise. We wish we had a waiter like John at every restaurant we go too!!! Thank you again sooo much, we will definitely be coming back and requesting John! :)Vegetarian options: Veg burger, veg fajitas and sides!Dietary restrictions: Husband got corn tortillas and unseasoned chicken due to allergies, it was perfect!

Food was good as chili's ALWAYS is. Sat at the bar, two seats to the left of 2 gentlemen whose drink order was taken and delivered TWELVE MINUTES before I was offered a menu or asked what I wanted to drink. After I finished my first drink, I waited TWENTY TWO minutes for the second one and my request for more ranch dressing for the quesadillas was filled FOURTEEN minutes after asked. Bartender was friendly and personable when she finally got around to me but I must have reminded her of her mother in law because she avoided me like the plague. BTW, I arrived at 2:20 and there were never more than 4 of us at the bar with 3 couples occupying the surrounding 15 tables. Not busy at all. But the floor was dirty like a happy hour crush had just ended. Not a great experience AT ALL.
