I dont know who was managing on 12-3-25 around 8:30 but they for sure were doing nothing toward quality control on the food. Which sucks for me I guess.

I’m VERY disgusted with this chipotle. My daughter goes to grab us food and she found a bug in her bowl!!! The fact that this is found in chipotle at THIS location is beyond disgusting!!! This is going to be reported to the health inspector

If I could give no stats I would. This is the WORST Chipotle I’ve ever seen. The staff are horrible they always appear to not care about their customers. This one guy needs to be fired. They constantly running out of food and don’t care. I asked for the Vinaigrette and was told they can’t make it because they are short of staff. I will never go there again. My husband absolutely refuses to step in the place.

Waited in line for almost 30 minutes only to find that they were out of half of the food, over an hour before closing time. What's the point in staying open until 11 if you stop cooking at 9:00?
Do yourself a favor and drive an extra 10 minutes to the one in north DeLand. You could drive there, get your food, and drive back in the same amount of time you'll be standing in line at this one, and you'll actually be able to get what you want.

I have eaten at Chipotles too many times to count. The DeLand Chipotle is the most inconsistent Chipotle there is. There is not a single time that they are not out of a major item (chicken, rice, beans). One time I went and they were out of all chicken and beans. How does this happen every time? There seems to be very high turnover and poor management at this Chipotle. It is also filthy on the line and in the dining room.

This place genuinely deserves 0 stars. Came in around 2:30-2:40PM Nov 10th, 2025. Walked in and asked for a chicken bowl (for here) and was immediately met with attitude by a bigger white male wearing glasses. It seems he must have been having a rough day because his portions were atrocious and rushed my entire bowl while NOBODY was in the store. I’m sorry you have a job and it requires serving customers who don’t mind paying for a double portion. Extremely disappointed, and it seems there are many others who say the same thing. Avoid this place.

The big dude with glasses that was serving the line at 2:40pm on November 10th 2025 had a bad attitude and half assed the entire time. I get working might not be the best but he looked miserable. His portions sucked and he made my experience worse. Don’t recommend coming. Looks like he hates his job so he wants to ruin your day.

I have visited this location multiple times over the past two years. While the restaurant is generally clean, my experience with the service has been consistently disappointing. I even stopped coming for almost a year due to a negative visit. Recently, I returned and unfortunately encountered the same ongoing problems.
I had a double protein reward on the Chipotle app and requested steak and chicken. I watched the employee prepare the bowl, and she added one serving of steak and one serving of chicken. However, the order was rung up as triple protein, and when I pointed out the mistake, the staff refused to correct it. They insisted that the bowl reflected double steak and double chicken, even though I clearly received only one portion of each. The response felt dismissive and unprofessional, as if I was at fault for addressing the error.
This location also frequently runs out of basic items such as chicken, cheese, or rice. This results in wait times of 15 to 20 minutes while food is being prepared during busy hours. When customers ask if more is being made, the staff often respond with frustration or attitude. On this visit, there were not even utensils available for customers.
I regularly eat at Chipotle and do not experience these issues at other locations. I have even driven an additional 45 minutes just to avoid this one. I returned hoping it would be different, but the experience remained the same.
I would not recommend this location to anyone. For dedicated Chipotle customers, I strongly suggest avoiding this location entirely. The ongoing service issues make it difficult to enjoy your meal by the time the experience is over.

I've come here once a week for about a year. They have terrible service. The workers act like I came in and asked for a hamburger at a Mexican restaurant. Always annoyed and rushing, even when there is no one except me in the store, leaving my food a mess. The management is also bad. Don't go in on Fridays. They ALWAYS put the c team at dinner time.
