First time we went, Chicken was so burnt that we had the throw the food away. Second time, we paid for extra chicken. Look how pathetic the bowl looks. You pay more for less food.

I'm just turned off by how dirty the place is. Food was all over the place, food on the tables on the floor, on the smorgasbord. I was turned off so bad,l standing in the line and observing everything, I just left. This is the Chipotle on South Woodland. The Chipotle on International Speedway is much cleaner.

This location needs to be closed and put under new management , always understaffed, always out of everything, 3 incorrect orders for pickup and delivery with today being the 4th. Skip this one and head to Sanford if you want less problems!

My family and I have been to this Deland Chipotle many times in the past. However, on this particular visit, there was no way we were going to order our meals. The food counter (on the side of the server ) was disgusting. It looked like a food fight has occurred. The food containers also looked dirty. No one was making any attempt to clean the mess or change out the food trays. The restaurant was not pack and there was no reason for it to look so bad. The mess and lack of concern by the employees simply spoiled our desire to continue being a customer.

This location always serving small portions, they were out of chicken at 7:30 and i needed to wait 20 mins for more. They also barely wrapped the burrito so when we ate it, it just all fell apart. No apologies for any inconvenience you can tell that asking for double chicken and then when they barely put any you ask for more that they get annoyed. Just terrible service all around will be going back to Sanford from now on.

If y’all were just there and had no food don’t leave a review on this ,call 1800CHIPOTLE. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve gone and THERES NO FOOD. It’s sad because I genuinely love this food and I know what the standards of a chipotle should be as an ex chipotle employee. Had a resturantour store and everything. This isn’t what the store should look like, you have 9 employees looking around and doing idk what, the manager with the polos not taking charge and getting food on the grill or having it come up when you run out. It’s honestly sad. So again call 1800CHIPOTLE. I did and I hope they actually do something about this store cause I want my chipotle.

Hey Chipotle Deland, when are you guys gonna stop cutting corners. Especially with the chips? Where’s the lime and salt in the chips? This location has been skimping since day one. I try to give it another shot every few months, hoping something’s changed, but it’s always the same disappointment.
If you order online, be prepared for tiny portions. I literally have to request extra rice and beans just to get a normal scoop, and even then, it’s hit or miss. Honestly, this location feels like a joke. Do better.

I really like Chipotle overall, but this location continues to be a disappointment. No exaggeration- this is the 4th time I have been here in the past 6-8 months and they don’t have any steak. It is only 8p and they don’t close until 11p, yet, they were out of half of the items on the line - the peppers and onions, the cheese, the guac, the lettuce. It is a bit ridiculous.
