The soup special loaded potato with sandwich, drink was a great deal and tasty! Nite you have to go inside the Main Street business building to access Connie’s - or thru the alley pictured.
Great cafe, tucked inside a courtyard. Worth the uncertainty of how to get in. Food selection more than I expected. The food quality was excellent and servings substantial. Self service drinks, food on plastic plates/ trays and picked up when your order called. Clean and casual. The other nearby stores gave the cafe an airy, artsy feel. Check it out!
I used to frequent this business years ago when it was Cook's Cafe. I recently visited DeLand after being aware for a rather long time and I was happy to see Connie's had taken it over. The food was still great! I will be back again the next time I'm in the area!
