0/10 customer service. We placed an order for delivery on 10/14 and received the incorrect order. When I contacted customer service to request a refund, they instructed I email the store and provided the store email. I emailed them on 10/15 & again on 10/18 with no response.

It is so expensive and the quality has gone down. Brownie is an additional $.99? A $6 brownie that is not worth that kind of price. The quality is not the best, and the taste has been different. There is no consistency in the size. Sometimes it is right and sometimes it is a lot smaller than other Crumbl stores.
I love this place !!! The ladies here really stand out in the customer service field ! Shout out to Jackie , Bella , Jasmine , Heysha and Natalie for absolutely killing it every time they are in the building !
