Ratings are highly inflated because they were giving reward points for a good review. Everytime I give this location another chance Iām disappointed. Waited 12 minutes in my car for curbside. They marked it in the app as ādoneā (to keep their metrics down) less than a minute after I checked in. Went in the store and the two in the back were just chatting. Not talking while working. Just chatting. There was no work in front of them. They claimed they couldnāt see my car. Then said that there wasnāt an order. They couldnāt see an order in the screen because they marked it as done without doing it. Then realized that it was the box sitting at the table that they didnāt deliver. Excuses everytime and they have never followed thru on a curbside. A cookie is not worth this frustration.
