It is so expensive and the quality has gone down. Brownie is an additional $.99? A $6 brownie that is not worth that kind of price. The quality is not the best, and the taste has been different. There is no consistency in the size. Sometimes it is right and sometimes it is a lot smaller than other Crumbl stores.
I love this place !!! The ladies here really stand out in the customer service field ! Shout out to Jackie , Bella , Jasmine , Heysha and Natalie for absolutely killing it every time they are in the building !
Meh, it was a fun novelty when it opened in 2021 or 2022, but now it's honestly just overpriced dessert that you can get better at an actual bakery downtown or at Publix, etc.
