5/10/25 Alexandra at the Deland location was wonderful to speak with. She was very welcoming and very kind. She was given a hard time by a very rude and impatient customer and she handled the situation with such professionalism and went straight to problem solving!
It is so expensive and the quality has gone down. Brownie is an additional $.99? A $6 brownie that is not worth that kind of price. The quality is not the best, and the taste has been different. There is no consistency in the size. Sometimes it is right and sometimes it is a lot smaller than other Crumbl stores.
I love this place !!! The ladies here really stand out in the customer service field ! Shout out to Jackie , Bella , Jasmine , Heysha and Natalie for absolutely killing it every time they are in the building !
