Disrespectful, very rude and started talking bad in a different language.

The food is much worse than in the worst burger king, draw your own conclusions.

Don’t come here customer service is not amazing, I was yelled at by a staff member as soon as I asked a question. Very rude and vulgar and unprofessional. (I just wanted to know if I could make an order online here and pay with cash)
I order here all the time online and pickup through the window but the 1 time I only had cash this interaction won’t have me back

Sam is the best employee there and always working hard (but the whole crew is great!), he has always taken good care of us since we moved to town! He is like family to us, and has a good heart! I like this DQ, thank you for serving us!

Slow service. Confused staff.

I usually love this place. They are typically always nice to me and friendly. However my last experience changes all of that.
Been coming to this location for years, always had good results. Recently got a gift card for Father’s Day,, which I used at another location. During my visit here after ordering lunch, I was told the card was no good didn’t work. I know I had a balance of over $15 which would’ve covered my meal. I did the polite thing and said oh OK here’s cash. The next day I went back to the first DQ and the card worked fine. Next time, I’ll say if the card doesn’t work keep the food. if there is a next time.

We just go there for the bizzards which are great! Service is quick and good but not all that friendly.

I love most Dairy Queens, this store was the exception.

1. Older gent taking orders has a big attitude problem. Reprimands customers who want to make changes to their order while still ordering, then he proceeds to fail giving us both the correct order we wanted.
2. Food was mediocre, and lukewarm at best.
3. Same older gent is responsible for mopping floor, uses dirty cold water, and leaves dirty puddles over the entire restaurant floor. Can anyone say serious slipping hazard.
4. Bathrooms. I'll spare you....
5. Everyone at the tables around us were were talking to each other, wondering if this was some type of joke that was going to be on TV. If not then it's a nightmare!

My GF and I weren't in a complaining mood at the time because her pet was at the Pet ER Hospital, and needed to get back.

My fiancé and I frequent this location for their burger meal deal. We love this DQ because it is family-owned and operated. It is always a pleasure to come in and be greeted warmly by Sam. He takes extra care of guests by providing excellent customer service. The dining room is always clean and inviting. We will continue to support this location because it makes every person who walks in the door feel like family.

You guys have to say hi to Sam! We go out of our way to go to this particular Dairy Queen so we can say hi to Sam. He always has the biggest smile and the most amazing energy! Give Sam a raise, he deserves it!!!! He’s my husband and l’s favorite Dairy Queen employee!

Checked online to see if I could order the cookie crunch dipped cone and they offered it at this location and when I got here they said they didn't have it, super disappointed! If you can order it on the app you should be able to get it in store. The staff wasn't friendly. The atmosphere felt runned down, I have been to better DQs. Probably won't come back!
