Love the ice cream, but the bathroom was a mess. The problem with this is especially concerning because someone had just been in the ladies room cleaning it, but not very well! The manager is a little curt.

I usually love this place. They are typically always nice to me and friendly. However my last experience changes all of that. I placed an order for a birthday dq cake 8 inches. They called to confirm what I wanted on the cake. I showed up and it still was not done, they told me they didn't understand what I wanted written on it. All I wanted was happy Golden Birthday and my husband's name. The writing was quickly done and honestly does not look the best. However they overcharged me and I paid for a larger cake then I ordered. I called them to see about making sure I was given an 8 inch vs a 10 inch. All the lady did on the phone was yell at me. That I needed to bring everything back into the store, cake and all. She seemed irritated from the start that I had called. Just watch that they don't purposely overcharge you.

First off the counter attendant talked over customers. Hard to get your order and sizes right. Which ended up sizes of drinks wrong and charged more. Sloppily made burgers. Asked for extra onion so just put two slices of while onion so like half an onion...ridiculousness.

I don’t like writing bad reviews but, I occasionally come to Dairy Queen and the service is not the best the girls who work the window are not friendly. They charge and upsell drinks and if you want a small sauce cup. I’m much better going to Chick-fil-A and get better service and food.

Soon as you walk in, you’d always be greeted as if you were long time associates. Food is always ready in a timely manner. I’ve been to a lot of Dairy Queen’s over the country. This is the only one I can say I truly enjoy coming to. Great job all the way around! Special thanks to the gentleman who runs the front counter. Always 10/10 experience

Hands down the best Dairy Queen ever

My friends and I love going to this place. The food is always hot and fresh every single time and the place is always clean. Sam and the other workers are all so friendly and treat us like family. They welcome us when we arrive and tell us goodbye. Other fast food restaurants are just ran by young people who don’t care but this business is ran by a family and their friends. So when they welcome you and thank you for coming they mean it.

Their was a long hair in my sandwich

I've never once had a bad experience. Employees are always kind and ask how I'm doing. Let me tell you I've been to alot of dqs and this is the best one by far.

Appears to be dirty, ceiling tiles are stained from water, seats in booths are torn. Ordered a medium cone and received a medium cone with a small serving of ice cream.
