After the third time of getting my order wrong, I stopped going there. They don't seem to care about their customers order.

Drive through orders are always wrong

Stopped by for quick meal. Got the special: burger, fries & ice cream w/caramel. Very reasonable & plenty for the smaller appetite. The service was great. The man behind the counter was very nice & brought our food to us quickly & then brought the ice cream. He was very friendly & efficient & provided a great visit.

The manager is rude. Today their own website said hey veterans come in from a blizzard for veterans day. So I drove across town to go to this place. The ragged in there was so rude too my and my party. I asked him about the free veterans blizzard and he was so rude to me. I will never step a foot back in here.

Been here in Deland for more than 10 + and still these guys can do a DQ cone right with it sexy curves and levels, nope not here Guy's got to go all the way to Sandford if u want a cone done the right way and size by DQ standards. That's a big size cone by the way dipped in chocolate.

Would give 0 stars if I could, third time visiting dairy queen and the same two workers are always there; an older women and man. Every single time I have come wether it’s in person or through the drive thru the customer service is 0%, the lady fights with customers on their order, tells them they’re wrong or didn’t say the right thing but she’s the one who can’t understand and messes up. Instead of apologizing she YELLS back at the customer and tells them they can leave just because she can’t understand. I have not had a single visit here where they didn’t mess up my order. Only come back because the ice cream is good but don’t know if I could come back again after the 3rd time of EXTREMELY disrespectful service.

We waited forever in the drive thru line and our blizzard were already melted when they gave them to us. They even has to put a lid on mine because they couldn't flip it over, it was so melted

It's 2:20 in the afternoon and I decided to get an ice-cream cone so I went to the deland DQ I orderedan ice-cream cone and a #5 meal. The order was the best I've ever had. The fries were piping hot the burger was freshly made nice and hot 🔥 perfect. And my dogs and I enjoyed the ice-cream too
