I absolutely love Desert Sage! Their products are exceptional—especially the teas and candles. The candles last for so many hours, and the scents are simply amazing. The teas are incredibly flavorful, and my favorite is definitely “and the Women Gather.”
I also love that Lorna Owens offers tea-tasting classes, teaching you how to make, taste, and truly enjoy tea. It’s a unique experience that everyone should try at least once. If you’re ever in DeLand, you must visit this hidden gem of a store. Highly recommended!

My daughter and I visited this quaint local shop shortly after they opened. The owner is friendly and the space is clean and airy. Her products are unique and well thought out. We ended up buying a couple different loose leaf teas, a tea set, and a candle scented “Deland Persimmon”. The candle I swear fills the entire house after only burning for a short time. If you need your place smelling amazing in a short time this is your secret weapon! Once she has holiday scents I’ll be buying more for gifts. I highly recommend visiting this gem of a store.
