I have been getting pizza here for quite a while. Usually it’s good, but yesterday was the exception. I ordered a five topping pizza and only got four. I could live with that. But, my god. It had hardly any tomato sauce on one side and the other side was like it had a whole can of sauce dumped on it. I’m going to be calling when they open!!! See if something can be done to rectify this.

This Dominoes Pizza is my favorite by far! They are so quick. If they do make a mistake they are quick to remake the food and don’t give me a hard time about it but usually it’s made right. The food is HOT and sooo delicious. So anyways, that’s it! Highly recommend!
Parking: You can park next door in another business’s lot but it is not convenient. Getting in and out of Dominoes lot is dangerous as you have to back up directly into the road where cars are going by. When it’s not busy it’s fine but sometimes not.
Kid-friendliness: Our son is autistic and requires his cheese pizza to be made without sauce and ANY type of spices or things on the crust. They are very good about doing this for us.

I placed an order and didn't get what I wanted they made a mistake they over charged me Not a good experience one of the team members who took the order was assuming and made a mistake on my order she didn't want to fix the problem very rude and unprofessional I will not be returning back or do business with them anymore I don't recommend this place horrible experience
Parking: With all the Deland construction detour sign's very difficult to find parking
The pizza was horrible. Barely cooked. Greasy. No flavor. Bad crust. Definitely not coming here again. The one in Walmart is much better.

I continue to try and redeem my points when ordering. I have 90 points. I have tried do this for 3 orders now. The store is not even trying to correct. They say it is a corporate problem. I am trying to order from the store on Amelia in Deland, Fl. You would think they would reach out to help. I will continue to order from Dominoes because their pizza is great. It's just a flustration on my part.

Ordered online , went into store and payment was made, machine said accepted, I was then told my payment didn't go thru and it would be returned to my bank within 24 hrs. Monica was spoken to and she made the order anyhow with me telling her that when payment was returned, I would come pay the $22.33. Next morning, I look and low and behold the payment DID go thru. Not the most pleasant experience, but Monica did do the right thing. Their employees need a lill more training on the register for sure.

Walked in to pick up my pizza. Service was good aside from the worker not knowing how to operate the cash register, took a bit to get me checked out.
Reason for low review: there were bugs, not sure what but they were small winged bugs, on my pizza and in my bundle of napkins the worker gave me. Pretty disgusting. Very disappointing after a long shift and grabbing the only thing I would’ve eaten today. Probably should get that checked out dominos!!

Charged me for a pizza I never got. I ordered on line took my order and took my money but never got the pizza still waiting for my money back it's been 2 weeks okay I know it's been awhile but I just want to come back and let you know I was reimbursed for the pizza it was taken care of and I wanted to say thank you Domino's and that's it I just didn't want to leave bad negative when it was positive Domino's has a great pizza love the thing
