Cashier was nice. Sausage egg and cheese croissant was not good. Only took a couple bites. I don’t want to sound rude but I’ve noticed Dunkin has gone downhill I only go to this location. I do not want to come off as rude I just think the food needs to be made sure it’s good enough to serve and a couple recent times I’ve been there, items have been missing from order in drive thru. I appreciate food service workers and have worked in restaurant for many years. God bless.

I went into the location because the drive through was wrapped around the building. The manager said the only way to order was to use the kiosk, they would not take my order manually. Looks like Dunkin lost out on me business today!

Service is always 10 out of 10 you’re using the self-service kiosk know how to treat yourself order what you want

Love the coffee. The cashless lobby is a disappointment because not all varieties of donuts and special made orders can be made on the kiosk.
Great environment and fantastic manager Stacy, everyone knows and does there job so fast service. Great experience once again quick drive threw. Under a different manager, young guy named Ryan service was fantastic customers were nice a pleasant trip!!!

I stop by this Dunkin’ pretty often, and I have to shout out Dianelli for consistently great service. She’s always friendly, patient, and genuinely positive — even during busy rushes. You can tell she cares about doing her job well and making customers feel welcome.
My order is always made correctly, and her attitude alone makes the stop worth it. Employees like her really make a difference and represent Dunkin’ well. Keep up the great work!

Ordered a meal deal, breakfast sandwich and a donut. Donut was stale and smashed. All the food was cold. The cheese wasn’t even melted on the breakfast sandwich. Won’t be coming back to this location.

I went to this location today to get an apple fritter. To save time I went through the drive-through. The line wasn’t terribly long. The fritter cost $2.12. I gave the girl three dollars and she gave me $.50 back. Bad enough, right? That’s what I thought, anyway. But no. I went back into the shop which totally defeated the idea of going through the drive-through. I asked once again how much the apple fritter cost just to make sure it wasn’t I who had made the mistake. A different girl confirmed that it cost $2.12. I showed her that I had received $.50 back and asked for the remainder of my change. She gave me another $.35. When I asked where the other three cents were, she explained that their policy is not to give out pennies. I explained that if they decide not to use legal tender, then they have to compensate for it. She said she couldn’t give me those three pennies because then her till would be short at the end of the day. But she didn’t mind keeping the 38 cents when I went through the drive-through. After much debate, they finally broke down and gave me the amount I was supposed to get back in the first place. I’m sorry I went.

Amazing experience, at 4:20am and this team was on it. I did a order pick up (mind you I am only 3 minutes away) stopped at the drive up gave my name and I was coming around the corner the young lady was waiting at the window with order my order.
