Came into store could see 4 employees and noone spoke to us. Waited a few minutes and finally asked for service. Was told all orders were placed through kiosk. We needed help finding something that was not on the kiosk. Finally the guy in the back reluctantly offered help. At this point we were to frustrated to spend our money at this location.

I went to dunkin this morning and got a croissant sandwich and half of the croissant was gone, I got a hash brown cup and the bacon is burnt with barely any queso, and Avocado toast with bacon. They were busy but it’s no excuse. As well as no fork, luckily had one in my car.

I had a genuinely love experience at this location thanks to an employee named Iris! The place was initially really busy and a little understaffed, but Iris seemed to be handling things really well and with a smile. She got my order perfectly and honestly made my day a little bit better by her cheerful demeaner, the coffees and donuts were great but as a hardcore dunkin donut fan thats a given.

My wife freaked out about her possibly getting caught shooting up in the parking lot of Dunkin Donuts. So I WAS going to get out of the car and smoke a joint and she freaked out about that so I didn't do it because I was tired of hearing her mouth. Over all, the coffee was great. Would have been better without the bitching and the weed though.

Went inside to get one doughnut that is under two dollars and they told me they will not take cash. I had to wait to get to talk to somebody in person because everybody ignores you and you have to type in the order yourself.
