I think it's messed up that this is the only Dunkin Donuts in DeLand that doesn't take cash!! I went there and had a $5 gift card and $1 cash. My coffee is $5.63 and they said I'd have to go through the drive thru to order my coffee because they don't take cash inside!! I will go to the other locations from now on!!

I love Dunkin’ and their food but they are not good at getting my orders right I ordered two chocolate frosted sprinkled donuts and they gave me two vanilla frosted. This is about the 4th time they’ve got my orders wrong.

This dunkin used to be the best in town. Has declined so much over the last year, drinks used to be on point every time & now its a toss up. Manager that works the window is incredibly rude. So sad.

Left without a drink because the one person making drinks had to stop to help customers, and it wasn’t busy. Need to hire more employees if only few customers in the store overwhelm them.
Way overpriced the parking lot and drive-thru is a nightmare to say the least overcrowded cars all the way out into the middle of the street I'm afraid I'm going to get in an accident I will never go back

I come to this location a couple times an week and I used to LOVE it. This location used to be consistent with service and how my coffee was made. Now it’s veryyyyy hit or miss. I always order the same few things & every time it tastes vastly different.The reason why I’m writing this review is partially because of the recent inconsistencies but today I received a huge attitude from an employee and it rubbed me the wrong way. I place my mobile order about two mins before arriving every morning because sometimes it’s slammed and it takes a while. This morning when I pulled up, I was met at the second window getting told how me placing my mobile order that soon to pulling up makes them inefficient and messes up other orders and that I need to place it 5 min prior to arriving instead of 2min. The way it was approached was super unprofessional. I know there’s been a change of faces at this location but I wish the service and drinks/food were how they used to be!
