One of those places where they will leave your order to the side done and not call your name while ignoring you at the counter…I had to basically grab my food behind the counter and they act like they didn’t know it was there even tho they prepared it. Service sucks hate employees like that . Just want you to sit inside waste your time until your coffee is cold.

More than 20 min waiting for the cofee inside, in front desk, only one person working, the other two just playing I guess... they only serve to the the drive thru customers. The coffe is just water with the rest of cofee the have. Not again. Ever.

This one has a much better group of employees who work great ❤ Update: this location is a much better customer friendly store. They all were very friendly and helpful this manager was a very friendly person unlike the new one at the Dunkin on Garfield. I'll go to this store any day and twice on Sundays before I go to the Garfield location.
Staff communicated well and we're extremely friendly with customizations and substitutions, and the store was well-staffed and worked well even with a busy drive-thru lane and moderate in-store customers!!

We tried to use the app to make our order in which it was not letting us order what we needed. Then we go in only to find there are just 2 kiosks, which then wouldn't connect to our app for our points. The order didn't come through correctly, so we had to have them correct it. Bit of a hassle ordering, but they staff was helpful and nice. They got everything corrected and handled promptly for such a large order.

Super fast service every time, the employees are always very sweet and use my name each time for a more personable experience every visit. It’s My go-to Dunkin even though I have one within a mile of my home. I drive 8-10 miles out of my way just to come to this location because I know I will be taken care of no matter what.
