This place has no customer service skills whatsoever they have a machine to take your orders inside and no one was willing to help the customers that didn't know how to use it and get this they had 8 employees standing around it was a sign posted in the lobby that their location only had the machine to take orders or go to the drive thru or get this use the moble app to place your order and at the end of the poster with that on it, it says really we have no real person taking orders Humm terrible

Its one of those locations that has no cashiers. The drive thru backs up into the road causing traffic problems because the location was never designed for that kind of high volume vehicle traffic.

I wouldn’t recommend this one. It’s a shame, I usually like Dunkin’. I had time, so I went to Starbucks about 1.5 miles away

Dunkin’ should be embarrassed by this location. Saturday morning on a busy highway and no cash register open? Credit card and app purchases only. Manager Dianna Stone was very rude and said if I wanted to pay cash I had to take my truck and trailer through the drive thru. Would not serve me at the counter. Do yourself a favor and find another location. Or go to Starbucks.

Always love dunkin coffe, just seems slacking lately. They never have many choices on donuts last 3 or 4 times by 10am they are out of everything but a few jelly, cream or chocolate. I loved the cranberry orange muffins, they no longer sale or banana nut.
I had to ask for my small hot coffee with a shot of vanilla 3 times to get it right. I got to the drive-through window, and they stuck a credit card machine at me. The guy said, "Answer the question." The question was, "Do I want to leave a tip?" On a $2.96 coffee. This is getting ridiculous. I'm not going back there.

Everything I order snacking bacon it's always hot but raw all others is crispy if I ask for crispy it's raw last this I went I told them take it back it's raw so they did made me wait out front for 30 then the guy said here's your order enjoy it was burned with blonde hair all in it I'll never go back what if I had gave that to a child the could have gotten sick my way of of handling this situation not go back and let everyone know to pay close attention to your order.
