Food came out fast which is good but they messed up my wrap and put the wrong cheese on it. They also somehow made my dunkalatte very watered down. It’s coffee milk so I have no clue how they could possibly mess that up. I also added an extra espresso shot… they also burnt my avocado toast. It wasn’t even busy.

Dunkin' is great, and the folks at this location go above and beyond to make sure customers get in and out of the drive thru lickety-split! It's a tight spot, and they have worked to make customers' experiences as smooth as possible. I really appreciate the cheerfulness of the staff and the speed of service. Delicious coffee and snackin' bacon start my day right!

Cornelia is an absolute doll She always wears a smile, when I pull up and she's working she recognizes my voice immediately, she has learned my order I don't even have to tell her what I want she remembers, it's the little thing's She is very friendly and very pleasant

The coffee and donut were up to par. I've been a regular dunkin customer since the late 60's. This location is designed for drive thru and isn't walk-in consumer friendly. The site selection left the outside dining on the South side in FULL BLAZING FLORIDA SUN. This side is also the only place to park, and the narrow sidewalk runs too close along the adjoining road if you wish to go inside (which I didn't) and enjoy the AC, this being in Florida with temperatures in the high 90's with humidity above 90% most of the time. I'm sure it’s compliant with ADA, but it’s not ADA friendly. Also, the lady at the window was nice, and pretty, and professional but the cologne she wore was very strong and was all over the lid on my coffee. Something I have a problem with, and something I encounter at a lot of drive throughs.

My husband went threw the drive threw on 7-19-25. Told the lady he wanted an med ice Carmel craze extra ice no cinnamon. She proceeded to argue with him to get something better at a better deal. Well we're reg customers there I get the samething every time I go there. For the most part their really good abt making my drink. Idk who that lady was but they ended up making it wrong 3 times. Got it home and it ended up being hazelnut didn't even taste right. I ended up throwing out a 6.00 drink. I have the receipt. Not very good customer service when u order something and they try n sell u something you don't want. Very disappointed.

The ladies here are amazing. I've seen them clear a stacked drive-thru with positivity and efficiency. They seem to work together well and remain positive in the mornings. They always make the drinks well and how you order them, which sometimes is a problem at other Dunkins. The seating and inside of the store are also usually clean, including the restroom. Hats off to them. Great staff here.

Just wanted to take a minute to say a HUGE thank you to Faith & Logan at this location!! The other day (7-4-25), I went to this location to try a coffee after my go to place was out of my usual order. I was nervous to try a new coffee & not like it but Faith reassured me that she would make sure it was to my liking before I left. Logan helped me order what I was looking for based on my usual order at another store & neither person made me feel like I was inconveniencing them for having questions. They both were so kind & it was refreshing to have my questions/concerns met with patience! I would also like to mention that my coffee tasted AMAZING! Thank you again for being kind & patient. It really means a lot!

Ordered a frozen coffee vanilla bean with whipped cream and caramel drizzle, they made a vanilla coolata, I let them know it was wrong and then they made the coffee with cinnamon instead of caramel drizzle. Read people read. It’s as simple as that.

Love my Dunkin girls they know me soon as I get to the speaker most the time I don’t have to say anything when I get to the speaker they say I got you Shelly come around. Everyone is always so sweet. The only Dunkin that can get my coffee right. Clean & great customer service.
