The man at the window was very rude when asked for a bag for the food he already handed us (which should’ve been in a bag anyways), he proceeded to hand us the smallest bag possible, which would not even slightly fit the box handed to us. When asked for a bigger bag, he very unprofessionally rolled his eyes & grabbed a bag (still not big enough for the food), but before he handed the bag to us, he asked for the smaller bag back. We told him that we had already touched it & it is unsanitary to take it back, which he rebutted with “We’re supposed to charge for the bags.” It was a small paper bag & it is disgusting to know that not only are they using bags for food that are taken back through the window but cheap & greedy for claiming he would charge us for it even though we paid $15 for food & bad service. Not going back; disgusting service & can’t even imagine how unclean the establishment is after this experience.

Its at least an hour and a half before they close. We walked in to enjoy our family outing night out and the staff didn't say hello, ask us ,or serve us . After almost 8 minutes of standing there We walked out and they didn't say a world. 2 regular dress staff was putting up Christmas lights. So there are no real leaders. Poor customer service. Maybe we were wrong color .

I'm asumming lady that took my payment was pissed because i didn't tip. I ordered a hot drink and the drink she gave to me was in a hot cup but was as cold as a cold drink in a plastic cup. I hate dunkin, i keep trying to remind myself they are not that bad. But unfortunatly it was on my way to pick my daughter up so i stopped here. Why people actually like this place is beyond me. Food is always nasty and drinks suck. Donuts are probly weeks old.

Ridiculous service. We were the ONLY car in line yet made to pull up to a 2nd window that requires you get out of the vehicle to get your order because it is so far away from the drive. This was u necessary and dangerous given we had 4 hot drinks. We willnever visit this location again.
