HORRIBLE!!!! Went into lobby bc I had multiple orders, was told in the lobby by manager no caah accepted as of Jan. , she told me to go thru the drive thru where I would be helped, get back in my car go to drive thru- went I go to place my order I am told there is a maximum of 2 drive thru orders thru window!! I said absolutely not going back around in the line just to place another 2 orders after being told from the manager they would take care of me thru drive thru. The rude girl insisted that the policy was 2 orders and they were not taking more than 2. I ended up leaving with NO ORDERS after being threatened by them to call the police. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE WAY TO TREAT YOUR CUSTOMERS THAT WAY!!!!! NOT ONLY NOT ACCEPTING CASH IN THE LOBBY BUT LIMITING DRIVE THRU ORDERS TO 2. ENDED UP GOING TO STARBUCKS. WHICH IS WHERE I WILL BE GOING FROM NOW ON.

I haven't been here in a few years and I didn't notice right away that they added a kiosk to order yourself, so basically I got ignored for a few minutes until I saw it there. There was no line outside and it wasn't busy inside. Someone could have been polite and taken my order. It seems like a bunch of teenagers not really interested in serving anyone. I even heard one girl ask another girl to bring part of a larger order to a gentleman outside and she said, "I don't get paid enough to do this." I can't stand when people have terrible work ethic like that. Grow up. You chose this job. If it's not what you want to be doing, go do something else.

The girl at the window told me they discontinued the Toasted white chocolate signature iced latte yet TWO other Dunkin’s I’ve been to still sell it. I’d go there multiples times a week to get it on my lunch break. I probably need to stop going anyways because them caloriesss tho. So that sucks. And her tone of voice was just irritating and she sounded sooo fun to work with , last part of that sentence was sarcasm by the way. Everyone else has been decent and the drink was so good while it lasted. It’s been fun. Peace out. The guy that says “I hope you have a good day today” with this look on his face that he might secretly want to kill me- I’m just kidding lol but he’s nice.

This is a busy Dunkin' and the staff is always friendly and polite, no matter how busy. And the drive-through line moves along at a good pace. (I'm a big fan of Dunkin' coffee.)
