Probably will not be back to this location. Although the food was okay and service was very mediocre. The brisket tasted fine, but had no smoky flavor. Sweet BBQ sauce was decent, this place just get lost in the mix.

The food was terrible, I drive from Sanford to eat there . This was the first time the food was bad . We had the slice beef and it was tough and cold . The server took it back and brought us new beef and the second batch had fat all in it . Then we sent it back and got turkey and it was terrible didn’t even eat it . So we paid the $40 to the cashier and they didn’t even ask how it was . They shouldn’t had charged us at all . I probably want go back unless they get it together. I was really disappointed

Great American BBQ style food and sides. Jennifer was a wonderful server. Recommend place for a good, big meal. Lunch specials are reasonably priced. The wings and ribs are excellent. Variety of sauces, sides and combinations. Good atmosphere and location.

I ordered food on Tuesday 10/8. I was so disappointed. I order from you and come in all the time. I ordered the brisket dinner with double fries. No joke I had maybe 15 fries. The brisket was awful. It was so dry. I fed it to my dogs. I also had ordered a hamburger which did not come as ordered. It was supposed to be well done with cheese and onion only which it was not. My husbands rib dinner was the only correct item. Super disappointed. With tip we spent $70. That was unacceptable!

I just left there with ribs, I got ribs two weeks ago they were very dry and I told them how dry the ribs are. They said next time in let us know. so I did they were nice and did not charge me for the ribs but they did charge for the sides I was ok with that. I GET HOME 4 MILES AWAY THE RIBS WERE DRY AND UNDER COOKED BECAUSE THEY WERE VERY TOUGH CANT EAT RIBS AND WAY SHOULD I. I PAID GOOD MONEY FOR GOOD RIBS I CAN GET BETTER RIBS FZ AT PUBLIX I WILL NEVER GO BACK . AT ONE TIME THIS PLACE WAS THE BEST AROUND NOT SURE IF THE COOKING STAFF KNOWS HOW TO GOOD RIBS THEY WOULD NOT SEVER THIS AT THERE HOMES FOR SURE SAD THAT BBQ PLACE CAN'T GET IT RIGHT AFTER I LET THEM KNOW

Terrible experience. 1st visit. I walked in no one greeted me. I found the menus. I Figured they are probably were slammed. Decided to look at the menu and see what I wanted for lunch. I decided I would order some items and stay there to eat. I sat in the dining room after washing my hands. I waited over 10 minutes for someone to greet me and take my order. During that time I sent a friend a picture of the menu and let them pick lunch for themselves. I made eye contact with several of the workers that were standing around. I continued to wait. As the time passed and my frustration grew, I googled other restaurants in the area. As I stood up, I could see more than 3 employees standing around the front peeping around the corner. Shame on you all. You don't deserve your jobs. If you are one of the owners you won't survive with Terrible service. Maybe it was my lucky day. I may have dodged food poisoning or someone spitting in my food. I was dressed appropriately with clean shirt, pants, and shoes. My skin was clean. Kind of curious as to what the problem was. Never mind, I would never give you a penny or send anyone your way.
I had a great lunch at your local competition. Tipped great and didn't get a stomach ache or indigestion.
