Firehouse Subs N. Woodland

I love this firehouse subs, ***but they seem to have this new rule where like four or five people working behind the counter and you’re standing right by the register and you’re just ignored and they won’t take your order and I’m patient and I’m nice but I finally after standing at the cashier area for 10 minutes asked them should I just call in my order standing here? Then they said we’ll be right with you and then I waited about another five minutes and then they took my order. I drove here. I spent 20 minutes trying to find a parking space because the parking lot had no spaces. It’s like they didn’t go to take my order today or the last time I was here until a line formed behind me. So if you want to eat at the firehouse in downtown Deland, I suggest you call in your order because otherwise you’re going to be ignored instead of somebody, taking your order for quite a while.

Ordered a hot sub to be picked up, got there on time my sub was cold as could be it was terrible, not the first time

We came in from the parking lot and wow it stunk! Urine ... maybe someone is using the area as an outhouse really gross! The 2 working were definitely in the weeds as they were preparing food for diners that were not there yet over customers standing waiting right in front of them. Very disappointing as I was the one to choose firehouse subs for dinner.

Thanks firehouse subs for telling my nine year old he could not have a glass of water. We had just left lunch at another restaurant and we were walking around and he was thirsty. You represent one of the most honorable occupations in the US which by the way would give someone of the street a glass of water. Way to poorly represent Fireman and women.

The new Thanksgiving sub is absolutely to die for !!! I 1000 percent recommend to try that sub today before it’s gone

The hot sauces bar is back and the new Captain club sandwich is delicious!

Great sandwich place in downtown DeLand.

Only downside is the cost of food. $38 dollars for two larges sandwhich with combos.

I always really liked Firehouse subs but I noticed the subs are getting much smaller?! It was still good though.

Ordered two sandwiches through DoorDash. Both sandwiches came incorrect and both were missing side pickles. I called to address the issue with firehouse and they referred me back to DoorDash, even though DoorDash didn't make our sandwiches lol We'll go to Jersey Mike's next time

On line ordering wasn’t working so I couldn’t order ahead. Went in and ordered $29 worth of food. Then they refused to take a $50 bill, which was the smallest bill I had. One girl said they didn’t have enough change! Didn’t have $21 in the register? The other girl made some comment about having to fill out some kind of a waiver is she accepted a 50. Absurd! I paid with a credit card but when I got home with the subs 10 minutes later, they were soaked in oil and the bread was like mush. I’ll stick to Jersey Mike’s.

After making EVERY sandwich wrong after apparently given our food to someone else they told me they’ll make us the right sandwiches again (so third time around) and to contact Uber eats. I take the time out of my workday to go there in person since Uber said we’re not sending the driver third time I get to the place just to find out they never made any of the food that I personally came to pick up.said they aren’t going to make it right because Uber won’t send a ticket - why do you need an Uber driver / ticket when I’m rigth here just want to eat my paid for food that YOU made wrong. It’s no one else’s fault. Wasted my time, my gas and my employees are hungry. Thanks for nothing

My favorite is The Firehouse Subs Chicken Parmesan Meatball
