The food is always great and the people who work there r awsome.. when today to get a sandwich and there was one two people working right then and were alittle behind but they handled it.. only ran into one problem. i dont like onions on my sandwich, and they must have forgotten and put onions on my sandwich it not a huge deal because they were busy, so i understand mistakes can happen.....

I went here on a Wednesday afternoon, it was not very busy, and there was plenty of seating.The staff were courteous, they greeted me as I walked in. They were friendly through the whole process and I felt welcomed.I got a cold turkey sub, and it was fantastic. How was genuine surprised at how good it was. If you're in downtown DeLand this is definitely the spot I'd grab lunch at if you don't want to sit down, and just want more casual food. To me it's one of the only destinations down here that's more casual comfort food versus sit down areas.Would recommend if you're downtown you stop by for lunch here.

Twice now I ordered a sub with no pickles. Not only did I get them on the sub, they gave me the pickles on the side too. They need to focus on making subs and pay attention to the order. The order clearly stated no pickles. Got home to see the error and then had to drive back to have them correct it. Twice!! Starting to think ordering from this location is a mistake.

First time going into this place and was so excited to try the steak sandwich. However, the cashier taking my order (Not sure her name, she has black hair) had the nastiest attitude towards me and my family. Gave no tip and when I got the sandwich and it tasted awful, I had to throw it away. I hope others think twice before coming here to be disappointed. Staff is young, unprofessional, and have rude attitudes. To the owner, please look at the environment of your staff to see how they treat customers and you may profit more after cleaning house.

Got the cheese steak definitely was not what I expected that's the first time I've ever had a cheese steak that they didnt cook the peppers with the steak peppers were cold and sandwich just wasn't good service was quick and staff was friendly definitely recommend trying something other than the

Sandwiches are good and hearty. It's a bit expensive if you order a sandwich with chips and soda at $11.27. They upgrade the soda for free from small to large. The drink menu at the kiosk is extensive. I like the fact that it has a selection for most. All in all, it's a nice face to satisfy your appetite but watch your pennies. They also ask for donations. Just saying.Edit: I went recently and ordered a club hero and took it home. It cost $10. One hour after eating the hero, I threw it up. My body resisted the food and would not allow it to digest. This only happens to me when the food is contaminated. I won't be going back.

After I finished ordering I would assume the person that took my order would get to making it but no. He’s too busy chatting up about some school drama with another girl. I had waited 15 min. I’m the only one in the store! Even a customer that came in after me got his order first because another girl finished his. It’s unprofessional and annoying.And the sandwich was practically dipped in mayonnaise that I had to replace the bread with my own. I’m disappointed.
