Hungry Howie's Pizza & Subs

I called the store directly asked if I could place an order for delivery. She said uhhhhm this is the store you gotta deal with the call center. They force you give your credit card information to a 3rd party call center who was an Indian guy I could barley understand that’s crazy.

Edit: I went and read your reviews after I made my comment and everyone of them mention this 3rd party call center The fact this is still going on is Absurd. Some of these comments are 7months old. And the problem is still occurring.
Should be ashamed.

It is an absolute joke, the hungry. Howie uses a call center.
They have no idea what specials are running. You'll listen to a commercial before they pick up. Telling you the pricing, but then give you a completely different price hungry. Howie should be ashamed that they use these call centers.It's a joke

i ordered ahead of time on uber eats and got a text saying it was ready. when i arrived it was not. This is not a problem but then i was told it would be 3-4 minutes to pull forward and park then i sat for 25 minutes waiting on my pizza. finally i pull back to the rice thru and she then tells me that if i am going to order on uber eats that i need to pick up inside

all around she had a rude attitude and then told me to park when really i needed to go inside to pick up so they just never brought the food out when it was done

My husband ordered a sub and mold was in it. When my husband brought it up to them he told him it was Italian seasonings. Does that look like seasonings to you. Today is Thursday. Make it make sense

Literally can’t even call in and order a pizza. They don’t answer and it goes to voicemail. Very odd for a franchise.

Terrible service and this store messes up your order and won't make it right smh who ever the guy manager I spoke with should be fired
