Something about this place that just makes you want to stay the whole day. It's comfy, lots of decorations to look at, has family history and their brews are all homemade in-house by the owner himself. We got two rounds of their German lager and it was delicious. We also got a four Scottish whiskey sample which I forgot most of the names, but remembered the specific Paddy's one. This one was so good that we asked our server where we can buy this in Florida. I've been to Scotland before so coming here was like reliving my best memories in Europe. Strong drinks and friendly people. I love it here!

What a great place! A craft brewery with straight up Scottish roots. Small, friendly and joyful. I will be back! Didn't try the food as we had eaten elsewhere. Next time though!

Great beer! Their Puffin Porter is outstanding. I travel between Ocala and Daytona often and I stop in DeLand for a pint and I take one with me. If you're in the area stop you won't be disappointed!!!!

5 stars all around! We visited on a Saturday at 5:30 and it was pretty busy! We were pleasantly surprised with how much seating this small location has and were comfortable. The service was very quick and the guy working was here, named Alistair, alone- we were so impressed at his knowledge and speed! I highly recommend their DIPA as it was my favorite but their 13 count flight will ensure you try everything, which I recommend as well. Definitely will be returning to this spot and I hope you drop in also!

I didn't eat here. I just had the Belgin Tripple and the Scottish wee heavy. Because of their traditional brewing process, the flavor profiles are a little bit different from an American style of the same type. Albeit, It's a must try. I'm pretty sure you will like the lighter body feel more fresh flavors of these great beers.Sorry, I was just passing through and forgot to take pics. The owner and his story is well worth the visit as well.

I've stopped here twice and had a great experience every time. Scotland has been my favorite country to travel to, and Hyderhead feels like a little patch of Scotland dropped into Florida. I didn't eat on my first stop, but enjoyed the Wee Heavy and another beer. Last month I had the Haggis on toasted sourdough with a side of Neeps and Tatties. This place is a gem.

The Brewery has a nice flavor variety of beers. Good service and cool atmosphere. There's complimentary chips and you are able to try the beers before ordering. Due to the variety of flavored beers I would recommend getting a flight to try them all out. They have bar food and beers to go. I would highly recommend giving this Brewery a try.
