Not the fastest drive through so I’d avoid if there is a line but the custard is very good

We used the drive-thru. Very nice young lady at the window. Serving up the delicious Jeremiah’s ice & ice cream, as expected. This is right by my house, so I’ll be visiting regularly.

Sad goodbye to Deland Jeremiah’s Ice on Woodland Blvd. We have enjoyed JI for many years with my family and friends at many locations. After many pup cup visits, we found our cute labradoodle and we were not welcome. First visit without any challenges we were offered a pup cup over a year ago. (Never knew that was a thing) We thought this was a great way to get a dog out as well in the hot Florida sun. Three visits later our dog barked and the manager - co-owner said that the dog needed to go outside since she was barking. So, we did (Not threatening or scaring anyone inside) She claimed another dog tried to bite a customer. We brought our Labradoodle in many other times with no issues and the staff were polite, professional, and welcoming to us & our dog with the pup cups. Yesterday I took my son and pup out on a hot Friday afternoon and their systems were down. When the manager saw us, she came out & went on a tirade that the dog had to be a service dog and I asked her to calm down. She said, "Don't tell me to calm down” My son, dog, her two employees and two customers in the back witnessed this skilled Karen at work. I asked to speak to her boss, and she said she was the Co-owner. Maybe next time don't confuse the public by giving pup cups and only allow service dogs with proper signage in the store. (A sign would work great) Maybe this manager really doesn't like dogs, men, or small children. Sad to say goodbye to this location. The staff have always been professional and should be running the store not the so-called part minority owner.
