Slow service, everybody there had an attitude and acted like they hated their job

Food is good (when made correctly). But the service and staff are not great. I’ve had multiple issues at this location before and have decided to try different things to make it simpler on the staff with my gluten allergy. Today, I went inside, sat at a table then placed my order online. The staff member grabbed my order ticket, then slammed it on the counter and said “oh you’re gonna love this one!” to his coworker working on other sandwiches. I looked at the ticket, and saw my name. I ordered a normal sandwich, mikes way on their gluten free bread, and the staff member blatantly voiced his opinion about how inconvenient it was that I had an allergy. While I was standing there, listening and watching. The staff member who voiced his opinion, promptly made my sandwich and I told the manager what had happened. All he had to say was that he was sorry it had happened. God forbid I find a good restaurant with gluten free options, and it’s an awful experience every, single, time.
It’s just disrespectful. I’m learning from my mistakes and never returning to this Jersey Mikes. Hope you will do the same.

The customer service here is terrible, immediately felt annoying for even being here, felt rushed placing my order I almost just turned around and walked out like three times before I even finished placing my order. Felt super judgy and just not at all how it should feel to walk into a restaurant. I work kinda close and will not be coming back because that was just a terrible experience. Update: sandwich wasn’t cut and there’s no sauce. Really wish I didn’t come in the first place, ruined lunch

Very slow on their uber orders waited for 20 minutes on one sub
I recently stopped in for lunch with my son, and they were so friendly and kind ! The moment we walked in they greeted us, and got right to making our sub. Giana was a doll from beginning to end, and I just can’t say enough good things ! We’ll be back again very soon!!!!!! You guys are great here

During my first visit today to Jersey Mike’s, Arlyana was incredibly helpful and made the experience enjoyable and stress-free. She patiently guided me through the menu, answered all my questions, and helped me choose the perfect sandwich. Her friendly attitude and excellent customer service made a great first impression, and I truly appreciated her attentiveness. Thanks to Arlyana, I’m looking forward to coming back again soon!

Update: I reached out directly on 7/29 per your response but have not heard back as of today 8/4.
I have ordered from this location multiple times and each time they neglect to add oil and vinegar to my sub. I submitted a complaint online and was told the franchise owner would contact me within 48 hours on July 3rd and as of today (July 25TH no one has contacted me). It’s clear that this establishment is purposefully leaving certain condiments off as I imagine they are receiving some complaints from people; however, if I ask for it, it needs to be included.
