I’m a new customer to Mike’s and after the EXCELLENT customer service and subs I am here to stay!
I walked in 15 minutes before closing to place an order, I was greeted with smiles. Dillan and Levi treated me as if I was the first customer of the day.
The restaurant was clean and the food super fresh!
Thank you for reminding me great customer service still exists!

As someone that orders consistently, we are very pleased with how the staff treats us and makes our subs. Thank you.
Walked in, 2 ladies working, Party of four to eat lunch. When arrived we were the only ones to oder food. After ordering I had to go to the counter and ask for a wet cloth to wipe down our table.
No tables clean, Not being picky, Fact is behind the counter floor was full of food. which I am sure comes from wiping down.
Both ladies after we got our food got on there phones and was doing whatever.
We arrived at 1:40 and time now is 2:21 tables still not touch ladies are doing whatever. Not a good experience.

One of the employees had their child sitting in the eating area. This child was on their tablet and it was so loud that it was hard to communicate with the young man making the subs. Totally ruined our dinner as we had to endure the noises from the tablet.
I don’t suggest ordering ahead it saves you no time at all whether it’s curbside or take out you’ll be waiting WAY longer then it is expected off the app. They really need there own curbside parking spots as well I’ve waited 15-30 mins everytime after it says my food is supposed to be ready I come here for curbside by the time I get home my food is ice cold after sitting inside forever I had to call tonight to ask where my food was at and they told me they came out already and couldn’t find me as I wait sitting there the whole time said I needed to pull up by the door..… This location really could use some more employees or something think I will have to pass for this location from now on or for awhile.
I placed an order on June 6. The staff had my order ready on time. The order was accurate and they were very courteous.

But they definitely are lacking in the service department. We probably eat here at least 4-5 times a month, most months and there have been several occasions where I order something and when my husband comes back with it, it’s missing. Last time this happened, I called the store and was told that they saw my husband grab 3 bags of chips and not 2, like what he came home with. He grabbed 2. Now it’s my fault for not telling my husband that I ordered extra, but for them to lie and say that he grabbed something he didn’t is ridiculous.
Today, I ordered a meal that was to come with a bottle of water and they send a cup of water from the fountain because they was out. Ok, you’re out, but don’t send free water when it was supposed to be a paid bottle of water. Either refund or send something comparable. They never have tea made when I go in there, either. They need more employees as it’s always the same woman working when we go there.
Food is good. But they need to work on their service.

This is by far the worst place to go and order food. I don't understand why you have 9 orders coming in and you think it's effective to cut all the bread for all the orders. Then when I was watching to see what you would do after, you softly pressed each bread with your hands like you were counting them or something. Seriously. You focus on one order at a time and completed, it took me like a month working in a kitchen to figure this out. The employees are terrible and just walk around aimlessly and don't focus on orders. They want to just let one person do all the work while the others just bull. I've seen it many times and I've canceled 5 orders all from there because the wait times are just outrageous because the employees basically don't know how to work effectively. Yes it affects my money when they don't work good and just bull around.
Update. They have not improved at all. If I could put a worse rating I would. Still the worst resuartelant in DeLand for wait times. Had my order sitting there and they didn't even bother to check it so it was finished for 30 minutes. Get your workers in line. Especially the really tall girl. She has an attitude. Just make my sandwich and put the chips in the bag. No one cares about you.

Its one thing to not get the order right but to have a crappy attitude and service is another. EVERY SINGLE TIME its as if jersey mikes EXCLUSIVELY hires people with a bad attitude. Maybe they need to take advice from chick fila ..

My sub was made fresh and although I had a Philly cheese steak off the grill what was dissatisfying was my rosemary bread was stale and I could definitely taste the staleness.

Very clean environment the staff are very welcoming & the manager I believe her name is Brandy she always makes my experience there welcoming. I live in deltona and I come all the way to DeLand because of the amazing service. :)
