I’m a new customer to Mike’s and after the EXCELLENT customer service and subs I am here to stay!
I walked in 15 minutes before closing to place an order, I was greeted with smiles. Dillan and Levi treated me as if I was the first customer of the day.
The restaurant was clean and the food super fresh!

We order from here ALOT!
But they definitely are lacking in the service department. We probably eat here at least 4-5 times a month, most months and there have been several occasions where I order something and when my husband comes back with it, it’s missing. Last time this happened, I called the store and was told that they saw my husband grab 3 bags of chips and not 2, like what he came home with. He grabbed 2. Its one thing to not get the order right but to have a crappy attitude and service is another. EVERY SINGLE TIME its as if jersey mikes EXCLUSIVELY hires people with a bad attitude. Maybe they need to take advice from chick fila ..
