So let me preface this by saying I'm not a big fan of Jimmy John's to begin with. It's overpriced deli meat, soggy lettuce and limp tomatoes. I've never actually enjoyed the food much. The service is hit or miss. It's fast food, you can't expect much. But they do offer a free birthday sandwich, whereas most places just want to give you a cookie or shake anymore. I was extremely impressed with them recently because they posted on Facebook that they put up a free meal board for people who needed it. We have a very large homeless population in the area, students, lots of hungry people. So my intent today was to hit the new Bin store that opened downtown, then get my free birthday sandwich and buy one for someone in need. Parking downtown is kind of a nightmare. There's lots further down and across the street, but then there's a lot behind Jimmy John's itself, where I have parked before when we have gotten food from there. There's no clear signage indicating who the lot belongs to. However, I came out to a lovely note on my car informing me that it was Jimmy John's parking and I was going to be towed. At this point I walked around and saw the completely busted illegible sign obscured by a traffic cone by the road. If you have a working printer and so much free time you should fix that sign, might save you some parking for the 2 customers you get for your lunch rush. But I promise you never have to worry about me using one of your parking spots for any reason. I do wish you could give my free birthday sandwich to someone who needs it. I would have taken pictures but I figured I better leave before the tow truck comes.

7/3 order, messed up. Had to be re-delivered. The tuna on the #15 is non existent. 7/7 order, messed up again. Didn't bother calling this time, but no chips, no napkins and tuna is non existent again. $40+ delivered for 2 sandwiches. Do better!!
