This KFC has always been lousy. It starts from the top , which means POOR MANAGEMENT!!!!!!!
Every time I come to this place they mess up my order no matter how many times I repeat it to them when I get a KFC bowl I pay for extra chicken and they usually put four pieces in when you don't ask for extra chicken when I pay for extra chicken they put two extra little pieces in when I ask for extra gravy they put no gravy in it just aggravating when you pay for something and you don't get it especially at this location

Food wasn't hot besides the fries. Got the tenders and were missing 3 of them. They skimped us on mashed potatoes and biscuits too. Workers are slow and don't care or know how to count. Won't be going there again.

I have loved kfc for many many years but after today’s visit never again will I give my money to a business that treats a loyal customer the way I was treated today . The lady was so rude from the moment we entered the store . I placed an order on my app as I always do . When I got to the restaurant an entered the store the lady right away says my truck didn’t come so we can’t make what you ordered you can ask for a
Refund so I said okay an looked on app to do that an there is no option to request a refund so she was asked could she help an then she got more rude an said this is why I don’t use the online ordering an refused to help get a refund she said well I will just make it how I can an continues to say your gonna get two buns with two strips of chicken on it an that is exactly what she did so instead of me getting the spicy chicken sandwich I got two chicken strips slapped on buns gobbed with mayo . Never got the biscuit she said they was out didn’t get the sweet tea they was out paid 4.29 for a large fry an the fry they gave me were so old an burnt an only was half filled so paid for that for nothing the fry’s an sandwich went in the trash an I called customer service just to complain because this is not the way any customer should be treated . Not that they care . Customer service gave me a partial refund so they say I will have to wait 72 hours to see an I told them I will never in my life go to kfc again a that’s it … they will care when the business is no longer in service because they treat customers like crap ..

Always get the big box. But girl at the register said I couldn't have breast wing and leg. Had to have 2 breast and a wing. Got home two thighs and a half wing. Won't go back to that location again. My husband hates thighs. To far to go back. And the chicken was greasy. Never had that problem before.

I had a great experience at this location.Lots of parking, easy accessibility and we'll lit.East menu and meduim priced.Great food and plenty of it.Staff was helpful and kindLots of seating and kid friendlyRecommend for quick dining.

I love KFC but this location was by far the worst experience I've had with them cant hear you thur the speaker box after taking 2 minutes to greet me and I had to repeat my order 4 times no one else in drive thur and I find myself still waiting for my food a few minutes got my drink and it was flat and gross and I ordered a famous bowl and the chicken was darker and tougher then usual ill still goto KFC after awhile but not this one

Waited in line for about 10 to 15 minutes and when I got to the window they inform me they could not break my bill. And it was the middle of the day as far as I know most fast food now have safe where they can break

I ordered through uber, they accepted my order at 7:00pm and out of nowhere i was informed that i will not get my order due to they close a 8:00pm, so not only i didn't get my food i wasted 1 hr waiting for not reason
