I ordered my pizza at 9:15pm Dec 1st 2025 got there at 9:35 didn’t get my pizza which had been sitting in the portal till 10:00 the young man with the red hat walked past me twice as if I didn’t even exist and asked and assisted the two guys that were Mexican and white waiting on there orders that came in 10 mins after I did I was the only one in the lobby and didn’t get my pizza till after the other guys did when it was already ready i couldn’t use the portal code because the email said something was wrong with the portal and I had to ask a employee he did not at all assist me gave me very pregidous vibes. Not at all happy with that and this is my favorite pizza store

I ordered the crazy bites on 08-22-2025, started eating 2 peaches, eating the 3rd one, i find a hair stuck in the last one, i had to throw the peace in my mouth away, want back to the peace in mouth away and went back to the store, the shift manager was very unprofessional didn't offer any refund or exchange until I started arguing with her,that's when she offer me only one peace exchange. I called the complaint department. They said the district manager will get back with me, it's been 4 business days no body contacted me

Could use some renovating but for pick up service it's fine. I placed an online order and accidentally chose a time an hour later than I intended. When I realized my error I told the worker and they were able fulfill my order with a short wait without any kind of need to cancel or reorder. I was very appreciative they were able to rectify my error.

This store doesn't do hot and ready. They'll tell you 20 minutes then an hour later the door dash guy leaves with food but don't worry only about 20 minutes for fresh!
We’ve ordered here before and been good to great. This user was cold, not in the warmer and never got anything saying it was ready. Debating if we would ever go back.
