Came in around 2:15 pm on October 4th ,2025 ordered a regular medium pizza stood their for 10-15 minutes and got ignored while he helped other people behind me and completely ignored me and was rude on top of it don’t know his name but that’s why I put time and date . HIRE NEW RESPECTFUL EMPLOYEES THATS RIDICULOUS ! Idk if I was being racially profiled or what but I shouldn’t be ignored in an establishment period .

I went during full moon day and the staff was chipper and made people feel welcome, as busy as they were they never took it out on the customers, John S, Chris, shakeria,schyler were all amazing and killing it today!!!

I’m currently in the store, and the cashier who rang me up was very off-putting. His body language and facial expression made it clear that he didn’t want to serve me and my 11-year-old daughter. This was terrible service, and my first impression was that he was being racist. I’ve been coming to this location since it opened and have always had good experiences. After relocating back to DeLand following two years away, I naturally decided to revisit this location. This is unacceptable service and I don’t care how much I have enjoyed the food here in the past. This will be my last. So disappointing!

I have been going to this Marcos since it opened. I always wear a face mask in public and many people wear it for different reasons whether undergoing chemo, dental issues or other health issues. I went in to pick up a prepaid pizza and the employee looked up at me from back of store and then ignored me. He also started screaming at me to remove the diaper from my face and I have been brainwashed repeatedly. He also stated he cannot hear me since he is deaf in one ear yet there was another employee standing there and he could hear me from the other ear or I could have provided him my driver license. Obviously by his comments about a diaper on my face and being brainwashed he had other issues. I contacted the franchise dept and they could care less.

Ordered 2 large pepperoni, crust was a little overdone, had ordered a garden salad, was told he couldn't make my salad, because he didn't have large gloves, they only had small and medium, kind of strange, because there was 2 guys working and plus he made my pizza dough and pizza with no gloves, so kind of strange.

Ordered to pick up, workers were giving out wrong orders to people. Waited over 40 minutes never got my order just left and canceled.
Do not order from DoorDash (or probably any delivery service) they don’t make sure the driver has the complete order, and won’t/can’t do anything about it when the delivery is incomplete
I've ordered from here many times. They always greet me when I walk in for pick up or even need to order. The orders have been ready in a decent time matter. They do get busy, but being patient goes a long way.

Ordered pizza for carryout as a treat. Was told on the phone it would be ready in 45 minutes. Arrived an hour after call in and was told pizza and wings were not ready. Waited for 30 minutes and was not given an estimate nor any communication. Finally said if it wasnt started yet I would like to cancel and then was told they had it ready the whole time. The guy didnt look at the name right or something. Zero organization and now Ive paid $27 for cold pizza and wings. What a shame. Used to frequent this place a lot but Im scared to ever waste money or time so carelessly again.
