My kids have been talking about how bad they wanted a shamrock shake on St Patrick's Day. We stopped in today and got 3 quarter pounder meals with shamrock shakes instead of sodas and a kids meal with a shake instead of soda. It cost over $50 which wasn't a huge surprise, but the food quality just wasn't there. The fries were all limp and gross. Some were super salty, but most had no salt at all. The burgers were decent because it's a quarter pounder and they usually make sure they are good because you're spending more money. Any other burger there isn't worth it even if it's cheap. The shakes were absolutely terrible though. I attached a picture so you can see that they weren't even mixed. We saw a girl try to mix it by hand and I guess she figured it was good enough and they handed it out to us. We had to wait until later on when we got home and the shakes were mostly melted to use our own blender and mix them up correctly. The one on the left is the first one I blended and you can see the condition of the other three as we received them. The cashier was nice and friendly, but the rest of the employees were like robots who never got programmed and don't understand how to interact or communicate with humans or mix a milkshake apparently. I've lived in this area my whole life and have eaten here lots of times over the years and needless to say I will never be coming back again. Also, any time I use the mobile app here they forget a sandwich or something else every time. Then when you get down the road and realize it and call they act like you're lying to them. I guess you need to have the employee stand there until you can confirm everything is there but good luck getting them to do that. We get 5 orders and everything is buried in one bag so it's hard to tell and take everything out when they hand it to you. So yeah 1 star rating because I can't give 0.

Lastnight I went to the drive thru. And ordered two burgers and two drinks. Mind you I'm tired and I just got off from work. I forgot to check my bag before pulling off. And two items we're missing. Also the drive thru attendant was very un welcoming. She was cold behaving. And obviously hated her job and takes it out on customers. Now I have to deal with the manager for my missing items. This place is shady and steal from people.

2 delivery orders in a row missing food. 1st time it was an entire happy meal and this time missing food again from a value meal. Don't order delivery, chances are not on your favor to get what you ask for. Get a pizza instead.

This is my fifth time ordering from this place via door dash , they continually without fail forget items , today they forgot an entire happy meal. My son was very disappointed that he had no food . I do not recommend this McDonald’s they always mess something up
Wow, when did shirt and shoes go out the window. I'm good if you leave the kid in the car with a guardian, but the dad was missing clothes as well. Questioning what McDonald's represents.

So as far as anybody doing deliveries here be prepared for the lobby to be closed early because they always lie about that, they're supposed to close at 11:00 they always close like 9:30 sometimes 10:00. They never work with any of us, like today it is 9:55 and they're supposed to close the lobby at 11:00 so I drive up to the drive-thru and I say hey I have a doordash to pick up there's a long line here is there any way I can meet you at the door, of course she says no I'll lobby is closed even though there's like two people sitting inside just hanging out in there. But they don't care and they always take mad long. And they always have an excuse and why they can't help us. Anyways I'm just putting this up here for any drivers this is a horrible McDonald's to deal with.
