Service was fast, food was super fast, and I think that was a problem. I ordered the shrimp chimichanga and it was terrible ?, the shrimp were so hard (overcooked) and had little in the way of flavor. The tortilla was super soggy and not crispy at all. The beans and rice with it were phenomenal though.

We visit every week and take my sister with Dementia, she loves the guacamole and tacos ?. We love this place.
Kid-friendliness: 18 years we have been dining and taking all our family. The taste is unique and delicious.
Food is okay, and frozen drinks are from an oasis machine. Service was really great and friendly.

It's a small and cute restaurant with a bright and inviting interior. Generic as Mexican restaurants go. Nothing that stands out but happy it's comfortable.
The food was well prepared and it was very good. Wasn't a fan of the giant piece of tomato on my nachos supremos. I would have preferred pico de gallo salsa on it instead. I also added the guac to mine. Doesn't come with it. This can really be shared with another person though. The portion is huge and I love that. My son ordered a chicken quesadilla from the appetizers and that one is quite large too. Preteen satisfied and full is a huge win for me. Their horchatas are so good. I would drink this every day if I could. Again, another large portion. Yum! The dessert we shared was good too.
The servers there were very kind and attentive. They were friendly and understanding; my son was quite indecisive for a bit there. We had a nice quiet lunch and I enjoyed this visit.

The absolute BEST Comida Mexicana in Deland. Probably in Florida. I moved from the southwest (Utah) 2 years ago. I've tried every Mexican food restaurant in my 30 mile radius. This is as close as it gets to authentic from 3000 miles away. Absolutely Phenomenal Food served by an Absolutely Incredible Team of People who truly care about You and what they do. That's rare nowadays. Not just when it comes to food and service.
