My husband and I just tried this place for the first time and we loved it. The food was so so good and the hospitality was amazing. Alyssa was the sweetest and made sure the kitchen was accommodating to my husbands allergy. 10/10 we will definitely be back.
I had a lovely time at Mongoose, it is nestled inside a quaint house with a side porch which added to the adorable atmosphere. I brought my dog inside with me and they were so kind to him and made sure he always had some water. Our waitress Alyssa absolutely killed it and was always making sure we had everything we needed. I would definitely return here again when I come back to DeLand.
Small place, but great staff, very friendly atmosphere, great place to have small family dining! From outside the atmosphere is not very great but when you get in, you will enjoy, thanks to other reviewers that suggested me this place!!
