We got a plate with the premium side black pepper sirloin steak. It is supposed to have baby broccoli but we just got stems. No broccoli heads. They were impossible to bite through and had no taste as well. I have tried this location several times and overall the food comes out ok, but sometimes it's really bad. The employees are very unfocused and take awhile to come to the register to get your mobile order. Weird complaint, but they make the food WAY too fast. I place the order, it says 12-17 minutes, and then 2 minutes later I get a text that it's ready. This is ridiculous because I live 12 minutes away and as soon as I get there it's pretty lukewarm.

Ordered shrimp rice on line. and crab rangoon it arrived cold it tasted nasty the rice had no flavor and the shirimps were placed on top of the rice. Needles to say that i only took one bite and i spitted right out. Shame on you people. I ll never buy from you again 🤮🤮🤮🤮🤬🤬🤬

Today I got what was my favorite- Orange chicken but it was horrible. It was all trash….the worst ever don’t waste your money at this store buying trash. I literally threw it out.

Today 12/29/2024 @6:57 pm I bought 2 plates of double orange chicken with white rice. When I got home I was disappointed. I was eating fried burnt flour covered in sauce, almost no chicken at all. It was a terrible disaster. I’ve never before had such horrible food from Panda Express. Very very poor to take people’s hard working money and sell them garbage No more for me

The orange chicken and lo mein were good but 3 times in a row the fried rice has had no real veggies just inedible, hard stems. And a lot of them.
Decided to give this place a shot. Saw the reviews, but wanted to give it a chance. I arrived as soon it had opened, ordered the "Bigger Plate" which came with 3 entrees and a side. Despite arriving when it had just opened the food was barely warm. One of the meat options was so tough, my plastic fork snapped off a piece when I tried to pick it up. The Rangoon fell apart and was not warm either. Noodles were extremely dry. The employees are kind, but that won't keep customers returning when the quality is this low. You're better off ordering elsewhere.
