Had an issue with the kids meal orange chicken. I gave them a call and quickly they replaced it with freshly made orange chicken. I appreciate the politeness of the lady and in just 5 mins they fixed the issue and we went on about our day! Thanks for the customer service!

It’s very sloppy the way they put the food together on the plate the lo mein noodles have way too much stuff in it. They need to review the food make sure it’s not a mess before they try to serve it .

Whoever is managing this Panda Express: whatever you’re doing, keep doing it. Your food is the best I’ve ever had at any Panda. I’ve been eating here for over a year and never had a bad meal. It’s absolutely wild; your crispy things are always served crispy and nothing is oily or sad. Proof that fast food doesn’t have to mean poor quality. And whenever I stop by, your crew always seems happy and working well together. Hats off to your whole team!!

Have you heard of this. You can’t deviated from their bowl menus. I wanted the shrimp and steak minus steak and omg Brandon gave me so much grief. They can’t just take the steak out??!!! Then he messed up my order and argued this is what I ordered. No customer service at all. So I had to pay another $5 to correct my order. UNBELIEVABLE. Melody the manager was somewhat helpful

We got a plate with the premium side black pepper sirloin steak. It is supposed to have baby broccoli but we just got stems. No broccoli heads. They were impossible to bite through and had no taste as well. I have tried this location several times and overall the food comes out ok, but sometimes it's really bad. The employees are very unfocused and take awhile to come to the register to get your mobile order. Weird complaint, but they make the food WAY too fast. I place the order, it says 12-17 minutes, and then 2 minutes later I get a text that it's ready. This is ridiculous because I live 12 minutes away and as soon as I get there it's pretty lukewarm.
