Food was normal. Service got 3 stars because not only was our order wrong but the guy's order in front us was wrong too. Staff was probably just having an off night, but that was our experience. Atmosphere got 5 stars because they had a really big Christmas themed coloring poster and markers out on a big table for anyone and everyone to color while they waited for their food or while they ate. We thought that was really cool and would love to see more of this!

Came in for dinner last night. Friendly staff, hot and fresh food. I was so impressed by the cleanliness of the counters, tables, floors and bathroom. Every local food business should take a tour of the Deland Panda Express and see how its done. A+++

We came in on Friday evening at 9:45 pm. We checked to make sure they didn’t close til 11:00 pm..We weren’t greeted when we walked in .. we were deciding what we wanted and I asked the young man behind the counter how fresh the food was, because almost every options that was left, did not appear to be fresh. His answer was: no not really .. do you want a manager because that’s how it goes.. there was no one cooking anything.. matter of fact everything was being cleaned.. basically they were done for the night .. we ordered and cashed out. The cashier was cleaning at the drink station.. it appeared we interrupted her .. she lacked customer service as well.. once she finished cashing us out .. she made sure to tell us they closed in 30 mins.. it was 10:03pm.. the door said you close at 12 on Fridays.

It's 6 cars deep. I do not understand why it takes so long everything is prepared already All you have to do is put it in the bucket and serve it and take the money. I have been waiting for 20 minutes at this point.

I don’t normally rate fast food locations, but the service I received here a few weeks ago was so spectacular I have to document it. I was having a really tough day and had to place a large order and frankly was dreading going in, and Brandy was so kind, so helpful, made great conversation with me, and I left with such a smile on my face. Not only is the food here consistent and reliably good, but everyone who has helped me here has always been friendly and kind. I am really impressed by this location, and make a point to go to this location whenever possible.

First time thru the drive thru, portion of food was just as perfect if I ate in! Love my orange chicken Yummy!
To note: I noticed two dirty tables when I sat down. There was a manager at one of the tables and got up without cleaning it off. Also, there weren’t many vegan or vegetarian options.
Ethan, the manager,has a lot of customers to handle. Him and his team get the orders in and out quick and the food is always fresh.

The rice and the sesame chicken was cold . The fried wonton cold .. and the cashier was slow and took forever to ring us up. He said he had to put every item in the computer . Then asked if we knew the 2 small cups that came with the cub meal was for the cub meal. I had to ask multiple times for chopsticks and soy sauce and sweet and sour sauce was very stingy and only gave 2 soy sauce and 3 sweet and sour sour for a party of 4. .it was the place that the little one (child ) picked for their bday dinner .

We literally eat from Miss panda express multiple times in a month and I don’t have any complaints there, honey. Chicken bowls are amazing and my daughter likes them too.
