Came in on 3/28/24 around 3:15 pm,Once you walk in , you feel ugh, no customer service at all, ordered food and it feels that no one seems to wanna be there!, then all tables where nasty dirty , I told my Girlfriend to not sit down until I wiped it down, the manager saw me do it and didn’t even sent anyone to clean the lobby/tables!! then the food was cold and the orange chicken over cooked , so hard to bite thru ,oh and I asked for fresh ragoons and they didn’t want to drop new ones!!!!. If I could give them no stars I would . 1st time here and I will be the last.

Mobile order. Came 5 min after time and they were waiting for the king pao. 2 other items were made before I had to tell them mine was not even started. No apologies, no compensation. My other large order was only filled 3/4 of the way for a premium item. No store number on the Receipt for feedback. Sad that after 2 years this site still has so many issues.

Went at 1:45 pm and the food looked like it had been sitting. I ordered snd sat down to eat it… the hardness literally broke my fork. I asked if I could wait for a fresh one and the manager argued that the chicken is crispier when it first comes out. This is literally the only thing I ever order and it is never hard unless it has been sitting. The restaurant was dirty with trash and wrappers on the floor and dirty trays all over the place. The young employees were unprofessional and laughing like hyenas infront of customers.We won’t be back to this location. The price of two meals came to nearly 30$, I won’t eat old/hard food. Not an apology or anything. Uncomfortable interaction with a manager.

Panda Express was always known for their larger portions and great orange chicken what I got today as a joke I paid 23 dollars for the large plate option and got less then I would get with a 2 entree plate even a1 entree plate I couldn't believe it prices have gone way high and we get way less and cold old food waste if my hard earned money
