The GM did nothing to resolve someone using my card on 3 occasions to the tune of over $132! They have the ability to track the perpetrator with very little effort in accordance with their Corporate Privacy Policy. She did nothing but tell me to "GET A NEW CARD!" And hung up on me.
She made no attempt to do any research to identify the perpetrator, cancel the order or block my card. They have all the tools and ability to do this. My bank reversed the charges and are doing their own investigation....as well as the police and Corporate.
Because of her laziness, and incompetence, she just might be hearing Senior Management tell her to "GET A NEW JOB".
As for the "perp"...They WILL find out who you are!

This was some of the worst pizza I have had and I have had some bad pizza in my life. The pizza had very little cheese, the vegetables had absolutely zero taste (most likely frozen) and the dough was super thin. You're better off buying some Digornos, it will be much better than this. What ever happened to "Better Ingredients, Better Pizza"?

Our order was delivered and 2 out of 3 pizzas were incorrect. I called and spoke with Savannah. Not only was she very nice, but she had our correct order delivered to us very quickly. The pizza was delicious and we appreciated the excellent customer service!

Shaq a roni NY Style cut into SQUARES?! And it's barely room temp! They've done weird things to my bacon cheese sticks too. Geometric shapes? They need to hire GROWNUPS and stop playing with the food and money spent! I drop SO MUCH MONEY at this store, and I'm starting to regret it. Honestly.

I’ve had it before it’s delicious probably my favorite pizza but I went to order pizza right now for my family and I was transferred to another line and then a guy asked me what do I need like it wasn’t obvious and I just said something like they transferred the call here from papa John’s and he’s like “it sounds like you’re smiling” in a pissed attitude and hung up on me like dude what? I was talking low and surprised by your attitude and you just hang up on me when I’m just trying to order food? Whoever you are I hope you get fired

Pizza was delivered all smushed up. Driver needs to slow it down on those corners. Called and let them know. They did give me a free pizza coupon without me asking, so that was nice.

I was told it'd be ready in 15 minutes for pick up... i arrived in 25 minutes, they almost gave me the wrong pizza and ended up taking 45 minutes total to get me my pizza... it was only a cheese with stuffed crust.
We get a stuffed crust pizza about every 2-3 weeks. Never had a bad one and it’s always just coming out of the oven when I get there.

wow!, I just called to see if they had any specials running and the guy told me,"well. they'll be online if there are any" so I told him that I didn't say anything but the large cupped pepperoni and I asked if there was anything else that might be on sale! and then he said again, you have to look online to check. The way he said it to me just sounded rude !!! I just thought, what poor customer service! I don't think I'll be buying any more pizza from this place.

Uncooked some side, topping are in a corner. I ordered one side pepperoni other side other meat. But They cut it unevenly
