Just had a misfire with our online order and needed to delay for 2 hours. We called the DeLand Papa Johns and got Savannah. She assessed the situation and advised they have a third party delivery party that she needed to coordinate and would call me back. Within 5 minutes, Savannah called back, explained what needed to happen then MADE IT HAPPEN! What an unusual customer experience! Thanks Savannah, I greatly appreciate your customer service!!!!!
I left a note on the delivery app to leave the pizza as Im still getting over a virus. My delivery girl waved to my ring camera and when she left, I found this cute little note on my pizza- how sweet! This location always always always gets the pizza right, delivery or pick-up. I think I’ll be tipping them a little extra from now on :

I honestly can't attest to the food because I rarely eat pizza, but I'm a Doordash driver and I pick up to-go orders from almost every restaurant in town all day everyday, and I can say without a doubt that this store consistently has the best customer service of pretty much any fast food/take-out restaurant in the DeLand area. The employees are always polite and quick, and on the rare occasion there is a delay, they are always honest and communicative, which I greatly appreciate.Good customer service is increasingly hard to come by around here, and these guys deserve some recognition for being a very clear exception. Whoever does the hiring at this location is doing a great job.

I gave a low rating on atmosphere because I can't rate it other than. The attitude of the male manager that works there. If could have left a 0 I would have . Do not order online as the manager doesn't know how to read or doesn't care to read what time is put on a ticket when it hits even if it is a slow day you don't deliver a hour early when it is specified for a time of 5:15 and not 4:03. The reason for the time frame was that's when the wife gets home and now the pizza will be cold and of no use to us! We will no longer order through papa johns anymore because of this. When I called to rectify the situation the manager was a jerk and tried to blame my wife saying she didn't order it right. Well the last 8 times we ordered there it wasn't a issue when it was done this way. My wife ordered right. They just wanted to hurry because they are slow.
Pizza is trash for a 15$ cheese pizza pick up... these people have no idea how to make pizza... my pizza look like it has herpes... learn how to not bubble a pizza lol iykyk I don't even want the left overs to make space in my fridge... ?

Order Unsauced Roasted Wings well done. They weren't gave them to the cats who triedto bury it. I also ordered Garden Veggie Papa Bowl. It was nasty took 2 bites in the garbage it went. Supposed to have fresh items on it where. Won't be ordering

This is the second time in a month that I placed an order and had problems with it. The first time I called. I was told that the app had an error and showed delivered, but was on its way. Then 30 minutes later I called back and said I'm checking on my order that hasn't been delivered yet. And the girl told me that it was complete and had been delivered. I told her that I had never received it. And she said that she could put a new order in and have it made. I asked how long and she said well our delivery time is about an hour from now. I said that was unacceptable and asked to speak with the manager. And the line was hung up on me. I will never do business with this location again.
