Located in a former warehouse, they’ve integrated a taproom and brewery into a welcoming space that feels open, but not too vast.Unfortunately, we arrived too late to hop on the pub crawl that was taking place to support local firefighters. The place was packed and selections were a little more limited than usual, but it didn’t stop me from enjoying a pint of their flagship, Beach Hippie IPA.IG: @crafty_fireman

One of the best finds in DeLand, Friday night at Artisan Alley visit is a must! Beach Hippie is my favorite.
They are closed and no longer open for business! I have a gift card and have no wsy to redeem it. They do not respond to emails and their phone appear to be out of service.

Just drank my face off, had 2 pumpkin ales in house, 2 porters in cans at home and 6 beach hippies… why is this beer so good?! Some tiny brewery in Deland is world class! Up there with southern tier and Great Lakes!!!!!!

We stopped into Persimmon Hollow Brewing today to escape the rain and to try a few beers. The selection on the menu was good so we tried a flight. We enjoyed talking to the affable bartender and we made friends with other customers we talked to at the bar. The clientele there was a good group. Our beers were great too, but there were more we wanted to try, so another flight. We found the ones we liked most, so we took some to go in cans to enjoy later. We turned a rainy day into a fun time at the brewery.
