Food is good, but the staff are unfriendly to the point of being rude, snappy, and snide. I've ordered to go from them twice this week and got the same treatment both times. Although their food is good, I won't be back.

My wife is from PA, and we enjoy breakfast here almost weekly. She loves scrapple, and I frequently get the Clint Eastwood platter, and the Rocky Balboa platters are fun to try. We always enjoy the food, and the service staff is great! We love the Philly Diner!

I didn’t believe the chef knows how to cook. Salty food burnt bacons. Raw grits. In one occasion the food in the menu were not available. I do not recommend this place unless they fix these things

The best Philly cheese steaks I have ever eaten. The parking lot leaves a lot to be desired and it's not the prettiest place, but the staff is terrific and the food is so good it's easy to overlook Fox News on the tv, and the owner has removed the almost life-sized cutouts of Trump and DeSantis, so it makes the food more palatable. Lol.

Really disappointing service. This is my second time ordering with their breakfast Toasty's Breakfast Burritos and it was horrible. I added extra tots to the 2 burritos I ordered and did not receive extra. I ordered a side of tots and did not receive my side. I tell Uber eats I didn't receive them with an attached photo of my order and for some reason they think I'm lying and won't give me a refund for items not received. Why would I be making such a big deal about a total of $5.99 if I was lying about it... I paid for the items and I expect to receive them or get a refund... Absolutely ridiculous and will NOT be ordering from them again. Horrible service.

I was told about the diner, because I’m from Philly. I decided to have the breakfast, scrapple, eggs, home fries and cream chip beef 1/2 order. I’m sorry to say, but this is not the what diners in Philly taste like. The scrapple was almost as thin as paper and mushy. Home fries were cooked had an unusual taste, and my eggs were cooked and over easy. The cream chip beef was anything but that. I almost ordered a cheesesteak, but noticed how one person sandwich looked, and decided I didn’t want to harm my stomach. I never wrote up a mad review in my life, but if you’re going to use my home town name, you better live up to the name.

Came here for breakfast to celebrate my son’s third birthday and let me just tell you, the food is AMAZING. Sarah was extremely personable and kind to us. Even with her being in the weeds, she still did a really great job at keeping up with everyone ❤️ will definitely be back
