Came in for a DoorDash order they put the persons order in a half open box so it fell out of the box obviously cannot give an order that was fallen on the floor to a customer so I came back in and nicely asked the girl in the front too fix it she kindly took it to the back to someone named “ Conner “ and he started literally talking shit about me saying says the lady who let it fall on the floor when he was obviously the one who gave me a half open box considering the sticker was still on it when I picked it up I should’ve tooken a picture of it before I handed it back lol he complained the whole time because he was mad that it was his time to clock out ! Was very rude and nasty and continued to talk shit roll his eyes and slam things on the table . The girl was very nice and told him to stop talking shit . But please consider having nicer employees especially at night and on new years seems young and not very respectful at all ! .

That's cool though because I found another pizza shop that was really friendly and helpful while taking my order and a pizza is being delivered to me and it's well worth the $30 because the other pizza shop respects customers and don't just hand up on them. Nostalgic original designed building that still offers a lunch buffet. With drink $12.65. salad and all the pizza you can eat plus a pasta dish and bread sticks. Free refills on drink. Property is worn and needs a refresh. But the employees were top notch, super friendly and kept my drink tefilled. I arrived at 12:20 pm on a Friday and they kept six different pizzas stocked fresh. While busy they replaced near empty pizzas with fresh ones.

This is the first time ever that our order is disgusting. 2 of the 3 pies were burnt and not edible. Called and there replacing those pies. Go to eat the slightly not burnt bacon pie and bottom was totally undercooked. I can't afford to get sick. Unacceptable. Just received the 2 replacement pies and they are burnt too. More crust than pizza on one. Never been so disappointed.

The worker adrian was VERY RUDE SHE WAS CATCHING AN ATTITUDE WITH ME BECAUSE ShE WAS BEHIND on orders approach me very rude and then called the police on me I will be calling corporate tomorrow no customer deserves to be treated this way will NEVER RETURN TO THIS LOCATION AGAIN AND WAS SAYING RACIST COMMENTS STATING THIS IS WHY SHE HATE DEALING WITH BLACK PEOPLE SHE IS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL

Be aware! This place uses Doordash for delivery and will not support you when the delivery is not made. Asked for a refund, told the manger ia out until Friday at which time I have to come in person for my refund. Poor poor customer service!
