Can’t say enough about how good the pizza is at our local E. New York location is… The employees are always informed about the menu and menu changes, very kind and attentive both on the phone and in person… The management should be very proud of the culture they have created through their local downtown franchise… Well done all around Pizza Hut.
Props to the store manager! They messed up our pizza and I just had a the most pleasant response. They took care of it and I couldn’t ask for anything else. Thank you guys for fixing my pizza!
Initially we ordered a melt, two orders of boneless wings, and the big New Yorker. All was fresh, hot and good with the exception of the pizza. It was dried out and had virtually no cheese or sauce. I called back and spoke to someone (regrettably I forgot his name as it’s been a very long day…maybe Jeremy?). But he was extremely professional and pleasant and assured me he would get another one out right away. He thanked me for giving them a chance to make it right…and...
