Nostalgic original designed building that still offers a lunch buffet. With drink $12.65. salad and all the pizza you can eat plus a pasta dish and bread sticks. Free refills on drink. Property is worn and needs a refresh. But the employees were top notch, super friendly and kept my drink tefilled. I arrived at 12:20 pm on a Friday and they kept six different pizzas stocked fresh. While busy they replaced near empty pizzas with fresh ones.
I had trouble ordering from the app and there were some technical difficulties so I drove to the store and Adrien was incredible and helped fix everything right away! Very pleased with the service I received and will be going back!
Can’t say enough about how good the pizza is at our local E. New York location is… The employees are always informed about the menu and menu changes, very kind and attentive both on the phone and in person… The management should be very proud of the culture they have created through their local downtown franchise… Well done all around Pizza Hut.
